Việt Nam phải vay tiền từ các nước khác và không ai biết khi nào chính phủ có thể trả lại tiền. Như bạn đã biết, Hà Nội là một nước nhiệt đới giómùa, nó có rất nhiều mưa mỗi năm. Trong mùa mưa, những con đường đang bị ngập lụt bởi vì tất cả các ống dẫn chất thải đang bị mắc kẹt bởi rác và trở nên rất bẩn.
Ngoài ra, tình hình của người Hà Nội nói chung là nghèo. Các con đường trong thành phố đều đông nghẹt với rất nhiều loạixe như xe máy, xe đạp, taxi, xe buýt, xe xích lô và người đi bộ bởi vì người dân không tuân theo các qui định. Họ thậm chí không tuân theo đèn giao thông hoặc các dấu hiệu. Trẻ em được dạy về luật giao thông trong khi người lớn đang phávỡ nó.
