My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the neccesary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contain many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

I came to Hanoi on an autumn day, and my first feeling was the feeling of a peaceful space, not like in Ho Chi Minh City. That feeling was overwhelming all my soul when I was walking along Nguyen Du Street and enjoying the Milk flower. Why was it so beautiful here? In the early winter night, in slightly cold spread hoarfrost, sitting on the bank of Thien Quang Lake, whether at the other side, I still smelt its perfume. I walked along the street and dropped myself in a sweet smell of Milk flower, the wind blew my hair, and I felt so great.
Milk flower on the streets of Hanoi goes deeply inside the memories of Hanoi people and all visistors who have come to Hanoi. It also goes into the music, the poetry, movies. Those are some good ways to introduce Milk flower to everybody. For me, means of communication such as internet or TV are the best ways to introduce Milk flower for all over the world. It is simple when everyone looks at all wonderful pictures or images of Milk flower, they will want to come and enjoy it. In Japan, they have cherry blossom, in Netherlands, they have tulip…How can we know about it? That is all thanks to means of communication. We must let them know that in Hanoi, we have Milk flower. Amidst the immense mountains and forests of Lam Dong province, Dalat, a beautiful town, captivates all those who have been there once. I am one of those.
Dalat is often called the City of Eternal Spring. Flowers of all colors, with many species, the most numerous of which are orchids. More than anywhere else in Vietnam, Dalat sees flowers vie with one another in blossoming in spring. I used to get up early in the morning on fine days to welcome dawn on the highlands. Opening the windows, I had a breath-taking view of nature, and enjoyed the fragrance of wild flowers carried by the clouds, I felt relieved in my heart.
In the late afternoons, I often reserved for visits to the Valley of Love and Sigh Lake covered with quiet pine forests. Twilight on Dalat also brought many pictures and sensations. As a certain poet said, “Dalat is the city of honeymoon, the city of love”.
After two week is rest in Dalat, my health improved a lot. I think in the very near future Dalat will be Switzerland in the South-East Asia. The wind rustling through the pine forests, the roar of waterfalls, the chirping of birds and the clatter of horse ‘s hooves…all of these unforgettable memories always remain with me.
