First, you should eat more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, a which is good for your eyes and they also provide fiber, a which is good for your digestive system. Có vài điều hay để xem. Nhưng quá nhiều cũng không tốt cho bạn hay mắt của bạn.

6. Dành chơi máy tính ít hơn.

Nhiều người chúng ta thích chơi máy tính, nhưng chúng ta nên ít dành thời gian chơi nó hơn. Hạn chế thời gian của bạn một tiếng, hai hay 3 ngày trong tuần, hay ít hơn nữa.

3.ăn ít đồ ăn vặt: Bạn là những gì bạn ăn! Vì vậy hãy chắc chắn rằng nó là đồ ăn tốt như hoa quả và rau củ, không phải đồ ăn vặt.Nó cũng giúp bạn phòng tránh bệnh béo phì.
