At about seven in the morning, they usually have a light breakfast with a bowl of pho or eel soup with some slices of toast. Sometimes they have a bowl of instant noodles or a plate of sticky rice before going to work. Lunch often starts at about 11.30, and most of them have lunch at home. They often have rice, meat, fish, and vegetables for lunch. Dinner often starts at about 8.00 in the evening. It is the main meal of the day. Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Morever, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.
I love to visit popular places whenever I get free time and historic places have special appeal to me. Perhaps it is well-known for its use for the gladiatorial contests and public spectacles such as mock sea battles, animal hunts, executions, re-enactments of many famous battles. The Colosseum was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980 and was also included among the New Seven Wonders of the World. It is 189 meters long, and 156 meters wide, with a base area of 6 acres. The height of the outer wall is 48 meters. The Colosseum nowadays is one of the major tourist attractions in Rome with thousands of tourists each year paying to view the interior arena.
I have heard and seen of this famous place a lot and when I witnessed it for the first time, I became speechless. The huge architect, the overwhelming interior and exterior decoration were beyond appreciation. The place kept reminding me of the classical mythological and historical facts I have read and heard about. Visiting this site was like travelling to the past. I would always like to get back to this place due to its prominence in history and incredible appeal.
I live in a busy city so it is common knowledge that the road is very crowded. Firstly, exhaust fume from vehicles can make the environment polluted. Every morning I get up, I feel very boring when I must go to school on a dirty street and toxic air. Secondly, it will take me much time to get to the place I want to go. Living in a city, you can know it easily. A one-kilometer crowded road may be as long as a ten-kilometer road without any cars, motorbikes or buses. Thirdly, try to sleep in that noisy environment is such an impossible mission. When I go to bed at nine, I must wait for the sleep for two or three hours because the noise still keeps exclaiming. I hope I can live in a better city or even in the countryside.

Moreover, the streets are very narrow and bad. They are easily flooded when it rains so heavily. The streets and alleys become bumpy after the rain.
Many traffic users don’t obey the traffic rules. They usually drive and ride very dangerously.

I live in ... province and there are a lot of traffic problem here.First ,there are a lot of people using the roads expecially in rush hours when people run out to work or get home from those places .Second ,there are many vehicle but the roads are narrow and bumpy so there are a lot of traffic problems here.Last but not least ,some children play football on the roads and many animals crossing the roads have blocked traffic here .I think we should obey traffic rules anh traffic signs as well.
One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was a first – year student at Da Nang University of Technology. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I often share my hobby wth my friends and my sister. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.
As you know, there are many interesting hobbies. But I really love reading books. Books has many useful and exciting things. So many people love reading books. Books has many kind like comic book, science book, english book, math book, etc...Reading book help us know more about the country we live or the others. It helps us learn more knowledge in each subject. Besides, reading book helps us discover many beautiful and lovely places. It's a good way to learn many new things we can't know if we don't read books. I love it very much. Sure, I will continue it in the future.
Food gives our bodies the energy we need to function. For many people, changing eating habits is very hard. But this is some kind of a lifestyle.
I eat 5 meals a day. but not regularly. I eat when i feel that i have to.
I snack all the time. It's a very bad habbit. I eat after 9p.m. which is very bad and unhealthy for our body.
But the good thing is that i eat fruits, fresh juices, milk, proteins, carbohydrates.
And I try to practice a lot. I have to kip fit. And a good advice for everyone to change from bad to a good habbit: eat fruit for dessert instead of cookies.
