I would prefer to take part in the first fitness class. You know I am a kind of person who likes dancing and music, so I think this class will be more suitable for me. In my opinion, dancing is a good way to keep fit and stay healthy. It's not really hard to do, it also helps me relax after hard - working days as well as making new friends

Well, if i need to choose, i will choose a holiday by the sea. The first thing i would like to mention is that, the scenery here is really beautiful and it is a best place for me to chill out. Infact, i can hear the sound of waves and anjoy the breeze. Besides, there are a variety of beach games like volleyball or horsesurfing, etc... for me to choose. Last but not least, it gives me an opportunity for me to improve my swimming skill.
I would go the beach because of fresh air and cool weather at the sea.
