Viet Nam has gained three main benefits since it joined different international organisations. First, promoting its culture and get to know other cultures. Various cultural exchanges help visitors know more about our country. Besides, Vietnamese people have a better chance of experiencing different cultures. Second, creating more educational opportunities for both Vietnamese and foreign students. Greater educational opportunities abroad are now open to Vietnamese students. Viet Nam’s colleges and universities can also accept international students. Finally, increasing both local and international tours. Our country has become one of the most popular destinations for foreign tourists in the region. It is also easier for Vietnamese people to travel abroad.

Last summer, my family and I had a trip to Dalat, which was dubbed as the land of fog. We came to Da Lat by bus because we wanted to visit the scenery along the way. Dalat appeared as a city in the clouds, and we spent all our time here to visit famous places. We visited Bao Dai Palace - the residence of the last king of the Nguyen Dynasty with his family. The whole architecture was is European style, and there were a lot of beautiful flowers which were planted around the Palace. The ground floor was the place for meetings, banquets, greeting foreign guests and government officials. Bao Dai's office, library, games room were also located there. In the office there was a huge portrait of King Bao Dai and Prince Bao Long - who was chosen as the successor of the throne. The entire second floor was the resting place of the royal family, including bedrooms of the king, queen, and their children. There was also a place for the king and queen to watch the moon called the Moon Tower. The next place that we visited was Mount Langbiang, where there was a legend about a love story between a girl called Biang and her lover Lang. Their love was forbidden by their families, so they chose to die in order to stay together forever. Next, we were brought to the top of the Radar hill by a Jeep; from the top of the hill we can see Dalat from above through a dim layer of fog. In the distance were the Golden and Silver streams, and they were like two strips of silk that ran across the forest. After 3 days of exploring Dalat, we finally had to go back home. The clouds and fog in the city still lingered in my mind, and I could not wait for my next visit to Da Lat.

Among my favourite sports and hobbies, I like swimming the best for several reasons. Firstly, I think playing in the water could bring great joy. It also helps reduce stress and I always feel refreshed and relaxed after swimming for about half an hour. Secondly, swimming is an excellent way to keep myself fit and healthy. It helps build up my muscle strength and prevent many heart and lung diseases. Finally, besides being a great sport, swimming is also an important survival skill, because without knowing how to swim well, it could be dangerous if there is a flood, or simply if we want to play near bodies of water. Many of such accidents have occured to teenagers lately. In conclusion, swimming will always be my preferred hobby because it is not only healthy and fun but also a life-saving skill.

Knowing a foreign language can help us find the job easily with a well paid. Moreover, foreign language is also a means of communication.
