$P(x)+Q(x)=4x^2+x-5+5x^3-2x^2+2x-1=5x^3+2x^2+3x-6$
b)
$H(x)=P(x)+ax=4x^2+x-5+ax=4x^2+x(a+1)-5$
c) Để $H(x)$ có nghiệm $x=2$
$\Leftrightarrow H(2)=0$
$\Leftrightarrow 4.2^2+2(a+1)-5=0$
$\Leftrightarrow a=\frac{-13}{2}$
