Nowadays, traffic problems are one of the most important problems in big cities because this problem affects a lot on human 's life.
Too many vehicles on the street will cause traffic problems. At rush hour, there will be many traffic problems, especialy in big cities like Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh. Traffic problem will be annoying to people because they might be late for their work,their school,... or something important to them.
