Oh my gosh ! After 3 weeks ill , I've finally better . Cause I used this trick so my ill is gone and make me fell better . First , I listened to music . Second , I watched tivi for all days . Third , I played some games on my phone . Fourth , my friend come to visited my when I'm seek , Thanks you my friend for visited my when i'm seek and very ill . That's all my trick to help me fell better when I'm sick

Television is very important for our lives so most families have televisions. It provides(cung cap) us with information and entertainment.

What would you do after a hard day at school or at work and you want to entertaining. It simple, just turn on your TV. Music channel, comedy channel or cartoon channel... is your choice, just pick a channel. And not only entertaining, TV can also help you update the news from all over the world in the end of the day

We stay at home and know what is happens all over the world. You can watch you favourite  programs and game shows you . Someone spends 3 or 4 hours sitting in front of television.

However, if you watch TV too much, it is bad for health especial for your eyes. Children sometimes can’t study because of TV.

There are too much advertisements on television which makes us tired. Anyway, TV is a wonderful invention. It is a cheapest kind of entertainment for everybody.

For a long time , television has been regarded as a  saving means of entertainment and acquiring useful knowledge  . However , besides the benefits mentioned above  , it also brings a lot of harm because of the following reasons.  First  , watching TV takes up a lot of our time . I do not deny the benefits such as entertainment or education that is brings  . However  , instead of spending all the day just watching TV  , we can do some useful works such as doing homework  , helping mother to do housework  . Through that  , we can gather for ourselves a lot of soft skills and become closer to the other  . Second  , sitting to close toth TV screen will make harm affect on our health  . Studies have shown that sitting near television will shorten our vision  , in addition increase the rick of cardiovascular diseases and degeneration of the neck vertebrae  ... These are the disadvan tages that no one expects  . Therefore  , let's limit the amount of time spending watching TV and save that time doing other useful things.

Hello everyone ! My name is ..... Today, I will tell you about my hobby. My hobby is gardening. I was started when I am a kid. In this hobby, you need to learn how to plant trees first. Then, if you think that you are understand the lessons about gardening, you should buy some seeds of the trees of flower that you want to plant. Next, you will have to buy equiments to doing garden  a trowel, a hoe, a watering can and many many things too. And after you plant the trees, remember to take care of it and remove the worms and the weeds. And don't forget to watering them. I do this hobby with my mother. I love this hobby very much. Why ? Because I love to be outdoor and in the morning, I can enjoy fresh air there. I know this hobby is hard to this one but it can be easy one to someone. And I will countinute this hobby in the future, 'cause I always want to be a gardener of a job that include with garden and outdoor. Thank you for reading it. Good bye .

Last Summer Holiday I went to Ha Long Bay with my family . We went there by plane .  First , we took a boat trip around the island. In the morning , I and my brother swam in the sea and built sandcastle on the beach . In the afternoon we went to Tuan Chau Island to see water pupets and then I had seafood in the big restaurant  . In the evening  , we went for a walk along the seaside . It was a wonderful holiday last summer .

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Căng thẳng có thể gây hại khả năng hệ thống miễn dịch của tôi làm việc tối ưu, những người căng thẳng thì có xu hướng dễ bị cảm lạnh hơn là những người ít bị căng thẳng. Việc quản lý căng thẳng góp phần trong việc phòng ngừa bệnh cúm. Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.

Ngoài ra, tôi ăn nhiều trái cây để có được vitamin C có thể giúp tôi ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh thông thường, và tôi cũng sẽ uống sữa nhiều hơn, điều này sẽ giúp tôi khỏe mạnh và mạnh mẽ hơn để ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh.
