In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future and for our planet’s future.

Television is a breakthrough invention of human, however, it has both advantages and drawbacks. First, take a look at its benefits. TV is a huge source of information with a wide variety news and instruction channels. You now can learn through TV and update news about what is happening in the world. Television also provides a huge knowledge of many fields including natural science, social science,… Besides, Television is a common type of entertainment thanks to a wide range of music TV programs, cartoons, reality shows or funny programs. On the other hand, television has some outstanding disadvantages. In fact, many people become addicted to Television and turn it on all day. Especially to children, they don’t want to go out to play with friends or focus on study. They just sk their eyes to the screen without wanting to leave. Some programs even contain violent and criminal content, which influence negatively on children. Also, spending hours watching TV is harmful to your eyesight and wasting your time. With that amount of time, you can do something more beneficial such as playing sports, doing physical exercises or learning new skills. In summary, nowadays, television is indispensable and its benefits outweigh its drawbacks.

Ideally, what I’d like to do is helping other people, so I’m volunteering at an old folks’ home.

I had been longing for a meaningful experience, and I finally found it there.

What I really loved about going there was talking about all sorts of things with the people I met.

Some had traveled a lot and others had spent their whole lives in my little town. Even so, all of them had gone on such incredible journeys, which included: raising kids, learning skills, and overcoming challenges.

To be honest, I’ve traveled to the far most corners of the world and been on the most incredible journeys, through the stories that my friends have told me, both young and old. It’s both peaceful and fulfilling and I wouldn’t trade it for anything, neither would my friends because they know I’ll always be here for them when they return…

n our daily life, energy play a very important role, so we should save energy. I think there are many ways to save energy and now I will share with you some ways to save energy effectively. Firstly, we should turn off all the electric appliances when we don't use them such as: lights, fans, air conditioner...… Secondly, we can use solar energy or wind energy instead of electric energy in our house. It will help us save more money. Thirdly, we can go to school or go to work on foot, by bike or by public transport instead of motorbike or car. By these ways, the energy will be saved.

Thứ 3, thay vì đi ô tô hay xe máy, chúng ta có thể đi bộ đi học hoặc đi làm. Bằng những cách này, chúng ta có thể tiết kiệm được rất nhiều năng lượng.

       I am a volunteer so I have done many things for the community service. Last month, I raised money and funds for the poor, and they were very hapy. I also donated books and clothes for the children. Last week, I provided houses and food for the homless, and they looked very happy, too. So far, I , and my classmates, have planted trees and beautiful flowers in the school yard. It was so great. I have collected the rubbish on the beach and in the sea then I recycle them. It helps protectthe environment. And I, together with my family, often go to the hospital to help every one there. They are so freindly and they seem very happy when they see us. Volunteering is very good and special to me 'cause I can help others. I 'll do more in the future.
