Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Vì có có ý kiến cho rằng: Giữ gìn tiếng nói của cha ông phải chăng cũng là một cách thể hiện lòng yêu nước? Câu nói đã khiến cho mỗi chúng ta phải suy nghĩ về tình yêu tiếng nói dân tộc trong mọi hoàn cảnh…
Tiếng nói dân tộc chính là người bảo vệ quý báu nhất nền độc lập là yếu tố quan trọng nhất giúp giải phóng dân tộc khỏi áp bức, giữ vững được tiếng nói là nắm vững chìa khóa gông xiềng nô lệ.
Tiếng nói dân tộc là ngôn ngữ chúng được một cộng đồng xã hội sử dụng để giao tiếp. Dùng tiếng nói thống nhất là một đặc điểm chủ yếu của dân tộc. Giữ vững được tiếng nói thì sẽ không bao giờ quên Tổ quốc, sẽ luôn ấp ủ lòng nhiệt tình yêu nước. Trong các cuộc cách mạng giải phóng dân tộc cùng với chủ trương đường lối lãnh đạo đúng đắn thời cơ và những điều kiện vật chất khác thì ý thức giữ gìn bản sắc văn hóa, tình yêu tiếng nói dân tộc sẽ tạo ra một sức mạnh tổng hợp về tinh thần đoàn kết ý chí quyết chiến, quyết thắng để đấu tranh bảo vệ dân tộc. Vứt bỏ tiếng nói dân tộc khước từ tiếng nói dân tộc là từ chối bản sắc văn hóa dân tộc. Một dân tộc thực sự độc lập không chỉ tự do về mặt chủ quyền, lãnh thổ mà hơn hết là giữ vững được bản sắc văn hóa riêng. Văn hóa lại kết tinh trong ngôn ngữ dân tộc Một khi ngôn ngữ đã bị đồng hóa bị lai căng mất đi tinh hoa dân tộc thì việc tự đánh mất mình trở thành kẻ ăn nhờ ở đậu sẽ là điều tất yếu. Vì lẽ đó, trong tất cả cuộc xâm lăng, kẻ xâm lược luận đặt vấn đề nô dịch văn hóa lên hàng đầu. Như vậy tình yêu tiếng nói dân tộc giữ một vai trò nhất định, một sức mạnh to lớn trong quá trình đấu tranh bảo vệ và giữ gìn phát triển một đất nước.
Tình yêu tiếng việt của người Việt, của dân tộc Việt là một minh chứng hùng hồn cho chân lí sáng ngời đó. Tiếng Việt của chúng ta có một lịch sử lâu đời. Lịch sử tiếng Việt là lịch sử của đời sống tư tưởng, tâm hồn tình cảm người Việt, là lịch sử bốn nghìn năm dựng nước và giữ nước kiên cường bất khuất. Còn nhớ một nghìn năm Bắc thuộc, khi đất nước bị các triều đại phong kiến phương Bắc thuộc, khi đất nước bị các triều đại phong kiến phương Bắc kế tiếp đô hộ, chúng thực hiện chiến dịch đồng hóa bứt nhân dân học chữ Nho, còn nhớ tới trăm năm bị thực dân Pháp đô hộ, chúng thực hiện chính sách đồng hóa theo lối Tây học, Âu hóa. Tưởng chừng tiếng Việt se xbij Hán hóa, Tây hóa… tưởng chừng tiếng Việt sẽ bị ngôn ngữ ngoại lại đốn gục trong đấu trường văn hóa. Vì vậy tiếng việt vẫn được bảo tồn lưu giữ.
Tiếng Việt vẫn “sống”… sống trong lời ăn tiếng nói giản dị hằng ngày của dân nhân sống trong những câu ca dao, làn điệu dân da ấm áp ân tình, thủy chung, sống trong những trang thơ thuần Nôm đầy hương vị dân tộc của Nguyễn Trãi trong những trang Kiều của cụ Nguyễn Du, trong những vẫn thơ lãng mạn thành tấm lục bạch hứng vong hồn của cả thế hệ”
Trên thế giới những hoạt động bảo vệ tiếng nói dân tộc luôn được quan tâm đầu tư xây dựng. Nước Nga đã chọn một năm làm năm tiếng Nga, nước Pháp đang rất quan tâm xây dựng cộng đồng Pháp ngữ. Chính phủ Trung Quốc đã có quy định về việc viết thương hiệu, tên của các cơ quan tổ chức theo nguyên tắc chữ Hán.
Ở Việt Nam ta từ ta từ xa xưa yêu cầu bảo vệ tiếng nói dân tộc đã được đặt ra như một nội dung quan trọng. Vua Trần Duệ Tông xuống chiếu cho quân dân không được bắt chước tiếng nói của dân tộc khác. Nguyễn Trãi nhấn mạnh người nước ta không được bắt chước ngôn ngữ để làm loạn ngôn ngữ nước nhà. Hồ Chí Minh đã từng phê phán căn bệnh nói chữ “ Của mình có mà không dùng lại đi mượn của nước ngoài, đó chẳng phải là đầu óc quen ỷ lại hay sao”
Tự hào về sự giàu đẹp của tiếng Việt qua các thời kỳ lịch sử lại thấy xót xa đau đớn, trước nguy cơ mai một của tiếng Việt, trước sự biến dạng của tiếng Việt ngày nay. Tiếng Việt hay là thế, đẹp là thế, có sắc thái biểu cảm và cấp độ nghĩa thật phong phú và tinh tế là vậy mà người ta lại thay thế những từ xin lỗi cảm ơn đồng ý bằng những từ sorry, thank you, ok một cách tùy tiện mọi lúc mọi nơi. Tự hào biết ơn, ghi công biết bao người đã và đang gìn giữ sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt lại chợt xót xa giật mình trước con số, 4,56 triệu kết quả “báo động tình trạng sử dụng sai tiếng Việt” trên Google giật mình với chính mình khi mình cũng là một trong nhiều bạn trẻ vẫn vô tư sáng tạo ra những thứ ngôn ngữ “đọc hiểu được chết liền” vẫn vô tư chêm vào những câu tiếng Anh, tiếng Hoa nửa tây nửa ta một cách tự do vô ý thức giật mình trước một đoạn văn của một chàng thanh niên nước ngoài xa xứ viết về nỗi nhớ quê hương bằng tiếng Việt trong khi bao người lại chối bỏ tiếng mẹ đẻ thân thương. Tất cả đều bắt nguồn từ thói quen sử dụng tiếng ngoài từ suy nghĩ nói như thế mới là sành điệu, mới đúng mốt từ thái độ coi thường hoặc thiếu ý ý thức giữ gìn sự trong sáng của Tiếng Việt.
Hiểu rõ được điều đó, mỗi người chúng ta phải nhận thức rõ được tình yêu với tiếng mẹ đẻ. Tình yêu đó không chấp nhận sự pha trộn lai căng lạm dụng tiếng nước ngoài.
Chúng ta cần biết yêu quý và quý trọng tiếng việt, phải thường xuyên rèn luyện kĩ năng, bảo vệ tiếng Việt có ý thức phát triển Tiếng Việt. Hãy luôn tâm niệm:

I this program because it is very funny and entertaining. It's on Disney Channel at 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday every week. I always watch it . This program is about a cute girl, funny and intelligent but quite lazy and friends good-hearted, genial of jadoo. Through cartoon, I developed communication skills, perseverance and life skills. It's played by children, adult and even old people as it helps to excercise our muscles. Un foodball, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will able to play other sports related to small ball such at table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high shools and universities teach badminton as a physical subjects for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages.Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.
