Vietnam is a developing country in Southeast Asia. Although this is a small country but Vietnam still has many things that attract tourists. Vietnam has tropical climate with differently complex seasons in two parts of the country. Through many wars for the past a thousand years, Vietnam has developed continuously and now, it is a beautiful country in the eyes of the foreigners. Vietnam has had a victorious history. It has 54 ethnic groups and diverse cultures. Having tropical climate, Vietnam is known for many beautiful landscapes especially mountains, beaches, caves and even rice fields. One of the most important festival in Vietnam is Tet holiday, which occurs around January or February. Cuisine is also a highlight when talking about Vietnam. My country still has many things that wait for you to explore.

My favourite food in my neighbourhood is bun cha. It's very delicous. I often eat it with my family in our day off. Everytime I eat it, I always feel happy. You should eat it many times in your life to taste bun cha.

Pho is a traditional dish of Vietnam, can also be considered one of the typical dishes Vietnam cuisine. Pho is the main component of noodles and broth (or broth in a way called the South) with beef or chicken sliced thin. Also accompanying condiments such as soy sauce, pepper, lime juice, fish sauce, chili ... These spices are added depending on the taste of each user. Noodle dishes usually as eating breakfast in the morning or night, but in the big cities are enjoying dishes throughout the day. The southern provinces of Vietnam and some other regions are displayed noodle plate table includes the herbs such as onions, the price and the coriander leaves, basil, coriander which is characteristic of pho leaves; however in Hanoi does not have this raw vegetables disc. Pho or beef noodle soup usually chicken, but sometimes there are other variations as pork noodle soup, shrimp soup, noodle frog, though without much success.
Noodle boiler water is usually water is used in security from beef bones (if housewives not much experience to deodorize the beef bones can be replaced with pork bone), devotees, together with many spices including cinnamon, salmon, grilled ginger, cardamom, cloves, coriander, roasted shallots. Meat for beef pho (with all sorts of muscle, studded, made re bucket or ripe) or chicken (boiled old chicken, shredded meat for tasty fresh meat). "Noodle" is traditionally made from rice flour, coated with a thin sheet and cut into fiber. Pho always enjoy while still hot.
To get the pho is delicious depending heavily on the experience and know-how of the traditional processing, which is important especially water pot.
Currently pho has become famous around the world, we can say in Korean as Pho is becoming one of the most favorite dishes, or in the US can easily find one at every noodle shop city...

Mi Quang is a signature dish of Quang Nam, Vietnam, along with high food upstairs.
Today, when it comes to pasta Quang not necessarily talking about special dishes of Quang Nam - Da Nang which refers to a dish typical of the central general. Quang noodles are usually made from rice flour noodles with pulverization and coated in layers of wafers, then move horizontally to approximately 2mm thin noodles. Noodles made of wheat flour is mixed with some additives to achieve crispness, toughness. Under layers of bread are assorted vegetables, lean pork on noodles, shrimp, chicken broth with stewed from pork bones are. They also add more dry roasted peanuts and retired stamp, chopped green onions, herbs, red pepper ... Usually very little water.

The Temple of Literature was constructed in 1070 under the reign of Emperor Ly Thanh Tong. Nowadays it is considered one of the historic and cultural sites of Vietnam. In 1076, Emperor Ly Nhan Tong built The Imperial Academy as the first university of Vietnam. In 1484, King Le Thanh Tong ordered the erection of the first Doctors' stone tablets to honor talents and encourage study. And then they were recognised as the World heritage by UNESCO in 2010. In 2003, the Hanoi People's Committee built four statues of Emperor Ly Thanh Tong, Emperor Ly Nhan Tong, King Le Thanh Tong, and Chu Van An, who founded and developed The Temple of Literature – The Imperial Academy.

Vietnam is a country which has a combination of modern and tradition. We can easily see that through the way Vietnamese people dress, and our traditional costume besides the trending fashion is Ao Dai. Ao Dai can be considered as a kind of long dress, but it has some interesting variations. The first thing to mention is the fabric. Unlike many traditional gowns of different nations in Asia, Ao Dai has the lightest choice of fabric. It does not consist of many layer such as the Kimono of Japan, and it is not too big like the Hanbok of Korea. Second, the form of Ao Dai is also simple. It has only two pieces on the front and the back which go together with long big pants. The one for female is usually fits perfectly to the curves of the body, while the one for male is usually large to give a comfortable feeling. Although it seems simple, Ao Dai has many different versions for each occasion. For high school students, they wear white Ao Dai with white or black pants to dignify the innocence of youth. In some traditional events such as Tet holiday, people will wear colorful pieces to mark the joyful atmosphere. At the weddings, both of the broom and the bride put on red or yellow Ao Dai to wish for luck and happiness for their marriage. Wedding Ao Dai is a little bit more complicated with the embroidered details of phoenix, dragon and flowers; and they all go with a matching turban which is made from hard fabric or metal. In my opinion, Ao Dai is the most beautiful clothes for Vietnamese, and I am so proud to put it on whenever I have chance.

In Vietnam, almost everyone, has been a volunteer work and I have too. At my age, I have not been donate blood so I often donate books, toys and clothes for street children and homeless people. I often do this work with my mother. Latest here on Sunday, I with my mother was used to donate books and clothes for a charity organization. In here, I met the orphans children. I played with them. Then I gave candies to them. They were all very happy.
Some people think doing volunteer work is waste of time but in my opinion, doing volunteer work help me relax after school and it help me healthy. When I doing this work, I feel very happy to bring happiness to them
