To have good health is not difficult if you follow some advice below. Maintaining a good health is not out of reach if you follow some advice below. The first one is to do exercise regularly and effectively. You should spend about twenty or thirty minutes doing exercise. It is necessary for you to spend about twenty or thirdty minutes doing exercise every day. It will be useless if you exercise in one day then rest for all the next days. Therefore, you should keep doing exercise as regularly as possible. Furthermore, choosing the a suitable time for doing exercise is also important. In my opinion, the best time for you to do exercise is in the morning because of the very fresh air. You can feel relaxed and get more energy in the morning. As a result, doing exercise causes you much potential benefits and your health will be better gets more effective and your health gets better. The second advice is to have a eating habit diet. It means that you should have enough three main meals a day. You should not miss any meals because each meal plays an important role in order to help you become more energitic get energy to in your daily life and work. Besides, you have got to keep having the three main meals on time because it will help can prevent you from a serious stomachache. In addition, you have to set up a menu which consists of nutriment both protein and vegetables. I think it is good easy for you to follow this eating habit diet every day. If you are too busy to do it every day, you can try to keep it at least five days in a week. In sum, doing exercises and having a good eating habit can be the ways of choice for you to look after your health you should do exercise regularly and take a suitable diet to have good health.

We should do excercise every morning,drink 2 litre of water every day,eat healthy food such as:fish,meat,vegetables...and we should eat fruits too.And we shouldn't stay up late.

In America, one is not forced to join the military. Everyone volunteers to join the military but not all will be accepted. If the military recruitment finds out that you are underweight, overweight, have gene problems, or mentally unstable, you'll be sent home. Therefore, it's very important to have very good health to join the U.S. military. In order to have good health, you need to eat vegetables, fruits, meat, starch, and dairy every meal. It's very important to eat three meals a day and healthy snacks between meals. Healthy snacks are nuts, protein bars, protein shakes, etc. However, the most important thing to do to have good health is exercise. There are two types of exercises, weightlifting and doing cardio.  Weightlifting allows you to build and tone muscles. Cardio allows you to burn lots of calories and increase your heart rate. Last but not least is sleeping. A night of good 8-hour sleep allows your body to rejuvenate and prevents feeling sluggish or cranky during waking time. These are ways to have good health before you join the U.S. military.

Staying healthy is very important to all of us. If you want to have a good health, you should follow these tips. First of all, we should have a reasonable diet. For example, we should eat more nutrition food instead of smoking or using alcoholic drinks. It is very important because what we eat highly affects our health. Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: walking, jogging, riding bicycle and so on to keep fit. That helps us to have a well-proportioned body and always in good spirit. Finally, sleeping is also very important so we must sleep enough. If we sleep enough we will be high-spirited. We should not stay up late because it is harmful to our health.
