Food gives our bodies the energy we need to function. For many people, changing eating habits is very hard. But this is some kind of a lifestyle.
I eat 5 meals a day. but not regularly. I eat when i feel that i have to.
I snack all the time. It's a very bad habbit. I eat after 9p.m. which is very bad and unhealthy for our body.
But the good thing is that i eat fruits, fresh juices, milk, proteins, carbohydrates.
And I try to practice a lot. I have to kip fit. And a good advice for everyone to change from bad to a good habbit: eat fruit for dessert instead of cookies.
The Elephant Race Festival is usually held in Don Village or in forests near the Sevepoi River. In preparation for the festive day, people take their elephants to places where they can eat their fill. Apart from grass their food also includes bananas, papayas, sugar canes, corns, sweet potatoes. The elephants are free from hard work to preserve their strength. The race track is on even ground, preferably wide enough for ten elephants to stand simultaneously in a line with a length of one to two kilometres. People from near and far in their best and colourful costumes flock to the festival.
With the signal of of tu va (horns made into musical instruments), the mahouts command their elephants to go to the race track, standing in a row at the starting point. The leading elephant stands in front, whirling his trunk and nodding his head in greeting the spectators. Atop each elephant there are two handlers in traditional costumes for generals. The tu va signals the start of the race and the elephants rush ahead, excited by the sound of the drums, gongs, and cheering from the spectators. Upon seeing the first elephant dashing to the destination, the spectators shout boisterously amidst the echoing sound of drums and gongs. At the end of the race, the winning elephants lift their trunks above their heads to wave to the viewers, walk deliberately flapping their ears gently, gazing through half-closed eyes to receive sugarcane from their viewers. The winning elephant is given a laurel wreath. Like its owner, the elephant expresses its happiness and enjoy the sugar canes and bananas from the festival-goers. After this race, the elephants participate in the competition of swimming across the Serepok River, of tug-of-wars, or throwing balls and playing football. When the race comes to an end, the competing elephants bring back the atmosphere of the festival to their villages. Upon returning to their village, they receive warm welcome from the villagers. Very often, the elephants from Don Village win the prizes as the village has a tradition of training and tending elephants.
I cycle to school every day. It takes me half an hour to cycle to school with my close friend. It is about 4 km from my house to school. Some of my friends ride their bicycles with no hands, which is so dangerous. We should always keep both hands on the handle bars. I think we should also ride on the right and in the bicycle lane.
The most common traffic problem in big cities in my country is traffic jam. The main cause of this traffic problem is the crease of the population in big cities. So the number of people using the roads has risen siveral times. The second reason, is that roads are narrow and bumpy. Besides, many young people their bikes dangerously. the are traffic accident everyday. I think the road users must obey the laws seriously. The government should widen and up grade the roads and fine heavily people who break the law.

My favourite fiml is Derective Conan. It is a film of Japan ,and it is a popular movie that it there. This movie a lots of episodes, there are also many characters . The main character is Kudo Shinichi, but he turned into Edogawa Conan ,a talented and quick child derective . The boy, combined with Dr. Agasa's inventions, broke many of the nominal cases of obscurant detective like Mouri. That movie has reached a record of Japan by Aoyama Gosho author. He gave Conan a friend named Haibara Ai, the girl also a member of the mafia, she betrayed them and drank vieenthuoo that the detective was forced to drink. She has helped Kudo many times to break up some important cases and has the opportunity to tell her feelings for Ran that he finally disappears. It is so famous that in other countries, it has to love and be its fan. He also has a formidable opponent like Hattori Heiji and Kaito Kid. They are very smart that a person is a western detective, a person who is a virtual master. I love this movie very much.

I’d like to talk about traffic problems in my city. In our city, there are a lot of traffic problems. Firstly, the roads are narrow and bumpy. Secondly, there are more motorbikes and cars now than there used to be. Therefore, this makes air pollution become more serious. Finally, the road users don’t obey traffic rules. As a result, traffic problems are worse, and more traffic accidents happen.

1) Talk about your hobby / hobbiest
I have an unusual hobby : carving eggsells . I started this hobby four years ago after getting a carved eggshells from my dad when he came back from Spain . It’s amazing that something as fragile as an empty eggshell can be made into such a beautiful piece of art . I was so amazed that I learned how to carve them myself from the internet . I find carving eggsells a little difficult but so interesting and useful . The felling of accomplishment when I finish a piece is absolutely awesome. This hobby also helps me be more patient and careful.

During the last New Year holiday, my parents allowed me to see water puppetry at the Museum of Ethnology. There are a lot of people standing in line to get tickets. Fortunately, my family has a good seat. Water puppetry is the traditional art of the nation. Today, people re-perform the story of Tam Cam with water puppet, very interesting. The artisans are very good at manipulating such a puppet. Voiceover for the character is also very matched, not deviated from the operation. I avidly watched all the repertoire, it was a lot more interesting than watching cartoons, very real. From the characters Tam, aunt stepmother, Cam, goby or Hibiscus are very similar to those described in the original. With smoke and water the story becomes much more thrilling and blurry, very fairy-tale. Everyone was so attentively watching, there was no sound. At the end of the performance, everyone was satisfied and applauded the unremitting ensemble. This is such an interesting performance, I will not forget, I will definitely study well for my parents to see it again.
Arts have helped me a lot! As you may be aware, I have special needs! Due to that, I could neither communicate well, nor do well academically. If there was something I could do well, it was music. Music has changed my life. Now I want to use music as a way of connecting with people. If it helped me, it could help a lot of other people who went through difficulties.
Arts is not a waste of time. It is not useless. Arts are very essential to our lives. Yes, I may not get a wonderful job, but as long as it gives me happiness, and gives the best out of me, and at least getting some payment, what's the problem?
So my request is to please take the arts seriously. Don't treat the arts as useless thing. Don't think that it destroys education, because it doesn't!
To the education board, please don't ever think of cutting the arts. If you care about your student's education, then please consider the arts in your school. The arts bring out the best in everyone. Hope you understand.
Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked, offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sticks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.
