Ngày nay, sức khỏe rất quan trọng vì nếu có một sức khỏe tốt thì chúng ta có thể làm nên bất cứ điều gì trong cuộc sống. Tuy nhiên, để có một sức khỏe tốt không thực sự dễ dàng. Đối với tôi, tôi có một số ý tưởng để giữ một sức khỏe tốt.

Thứ nhất, nếu chúng ta thường tập thể dục, chúng ta sẽ rất khỏe. Tập thể dục rất tốt vì nó giúp cơ thể chúng ta thư giãn. Vì vậy, chúng ta thoải mái đi học hay đi làm. Bên cạnh đó, nó còn giúp chúng ta tránh được bệnh tật. Đối với kỳ thi, khi tập thể dục buổi sáng, chúng ta được hít thở không khí trong lành.

Thứ hai, chúng ta ăn nhiều rau sẽ giúp chúng ta sống lâu. Rau xanh chứa nhiều loại vitamin như vitamin A, vitamin B ... Bên cạnh đó, nó còn hỗ trợ rất nhiều chất xơ làm giảm lượng cholesterol trong máu.

Tóm lại, có rất nhiều phương pháp để giữ một sức khỏe tốt. Đối với tôi, tập thể dục và ăn nhiều rau là quan trọng nhất vì chúng mang lại nhiều lợi ích cho sức khỏe. Tôi nghĩ chúng ta phải tập hàng ngày để có một sức khỏe tốt.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.

Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.

Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.

In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.

hello every body.My name is  Tu . My hobby is very unusual ,it is knitting. My mother takes me to that hobby.I usually knitting with my grandma because my mom is very busy . I started it 2 years ago . I think it's a active way to improve my imagination . I am not good at knitting so much so i practise it everyday . For me knitting is  a way for me to make more new friends who have the same hobby . The scafts i knit , i usually give to my family as some presents .In the future , i will countinue that hobby because when i knit , all i need is time

A hobby that I enjoy is using the computer. Surfing the internet is what I usually do whenever I have free time.

No one can deny the benefits of Internet. Information resources are probably the biggest advantage that Internet offers to people. Internet is a wonderful source of information. All kind of information on any topic is available on the Internet at anytime. I love searching things on Google. It’s a very useful tool from the Internet, we can know everything with just one mouse click.

Becoming knowledgeable is also a great benefit of using Internet. I spend a lot of time on the Internet for reading news. All latest news is continuously up-to-date on the Internet on various news sites. I often visit E-newspaper websites to read hot daily news. I can know everything such as current issues that happen in this world, what happen to our country, celebrities life, recent fashion, and other news that can enhance my knowledge. I would rather using Internet for updating news because it is available everywhere at anytime.

In conclusion, people increasingly spend their leisure time using Internet because it is a helpful tool where people can learn new things and keep informed of information around the world. Internet turns the world into the speed generation. As the Internet saves us much time, we can have enough time to do other things. The internet is a marvelous creation in this generation.

My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially  walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

Sở thích của tôi là nghe nhạc, xem phim và đi du lịch. Tôi thích nghe nhạc các thể loại, đặc biệt những khi tôi buồn tôi thường nghe những bài hát có tâm trạng giống tôi. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

Tôi sống ở Việt Nam và có rất nhiều vấn đề giao thông ở các thành phố lớn của đất nước tôi. Thứ nhất, có quá nhiều người sử dụng đường đặc biệt là vào giờ cao điểm khi mọi người chạy ra ngoài đi làm và đi học hoặc về nhà từ những nơi đó. Thứ hai, có quá nhiều phương tiện lưu thông trên đường dẫn đến tắc đường. Một vấn đề nữa là nhiều con đường hẹp và gập ghềnh. Thứ tư, ngày nào cũng có tai nạn giao thông xảy ra khiến rất nhiều người mất mạng hoặc bị thương. Vì vậy, để đi trên đường an toàn, tôi nghĩ chúng ta nên tuân thủ luật lệ giao thông và các biển báo giao thông. Hơn nữa, tính cẩn thận là rất cần thiết.

     Having a good health is very important for us. So, what should we do to have good health? Firstly, you should do more exercise :run, ride a bike, swim or play sports, they are all good for you. Secongly, you should eat healthy food like fruits, fish or vegetables. It can help you to avoid obesity, and it help can help you to live longer, too. Thirdly, you must always remember that you should take a rest after working, it is very important.It helps you to avoid depression and it helps you to concentrate at school, and you will be comfortable after getting plenty of rest. Don not watch too much TV because it is harmful for your eyes. Is you want to have a good health, you should follow these advices.
