I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly.

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Tôi nghĩ chúng ta cần giữ sức khỏe để phòng ngừa bệnh cúm, giữ sức khỏe tốt nhất có thể bằng cách chăm sóc bản thân thật tốt. Cân nhắc về giấc ngủ và dinh dưỡng giúp ngăn ngừa sự khởi phát của cảm lạnh hoặc cúm, lối sống lành mạnh giúp hệ thống miễn dịch của tôi ở trạng thái tốt nhất có thể, giúp tôi có cơ hội tốt nhất để chống lại sự tấn công của cảm lạnh hoặc cúm. Tôi cần ăn uống lành mạnh. Các thực phẩm lành mạnh như rau, trái cây, ngũ cốc, v.v., là một phần quan trọng trong việc giữ dinh dưỡng cho cơ thể tôi ở mức tối ưu. My favorite sport is volleyball. I have been passionate about this sport since I was a boy. Growing up, I used to play with my friends after school every hour. We got together on the volleyball court in the school, then split into two teams to play. Every team tries to score points by hitting the ball over the net, and the ball must touch inside the field. If the team bounces off the pitch, the score belongs to the other team. Additionally, each team can get points when their opponent makes a mistake. I can name a few common mistakes when playing this sport such as: the ball hits the outside of the bounds, the ball hits the arm or the net, throws the ball away or catches the ball, … Volleyball’s intentions seem quite complicated, but we still love to play the sport. It has helped me improve and exercise my own health. Besides, it also helps me feel more at ease after every stressful class in class. I love playing volleyball because it gave me a lot of fun and memories with my friends. I hope in the future I can join the competitive school club and win lots of awards. Traffic nowaday is getting more complicated.There are more accidents that happend everyday.At my place,accidents happened is not very often but very dangerous.The street has holes on it.It is also bumpy so it make the drivers,motorists... have trouble while driiving their vichiles.Also,some guys also race on the street without right purpose.The roads are marrow,bumpy and it isn't straight,(like a snake).There are no lights here so it is very dangerous to go out in the night.So,it is very dangerous to go out in the rain.The water will flood the holes,make them disappear into the water so we may run into them and fall.So,becareful while you are going.You might don't want to get into a traffic accident cause I thimk you won't want meet the doctors or Yama.

While I am still in my beautiful years of youth, I choose to live a useful life instead of a lazy one. Many young people just want to go home and watch TV, or they love to spend their free time to sleep without doing anything else. For me, I decided to become a volunteer in order to help other people with my ability. Last summer, my school volunteer group visited a nursing home for the elderly artists. When we came, those seniors were very happy because they might see us as their grandchildren. After greeting them, we started to clean up the inner house and the yard. We brought out the old broken stuffs then painted the wall in a brighter color. Another group made sure the yard was free of trash and pile of unnecessary things. We also planted a tree in the corner of the yard so people in the nursing home could have some shade on the sunny day. There were about a hundred of us, so we finished all of our tasks in just one day. In the evening, some of the old ladies cooked some delicious dishes for us, and we had a small party before we headed home. We give them the presents that we had prepared in advance, and we even performed some of our silly dancing and singing skills. They also prepared a small play for us, and we felt that their passion for art was never faded. We had great time together, and the nursing had a better appearance thanks to all of our efforts. When we packed our stuffs to go home, the attachment of those seniors even made some of us cry. We promised to pay a visit soon to bring more happiness and vitality to that place. The volunteer trip was beyond my expectation, and I realized that life is only meaningful when I know how to help people around me.

       There are many types of pollution but I think water pollution is the most dangerous.Water pollution is a phenomenon where rivers, lakes, seas and groundwater are contaminated with toxic substances in plant protection drugs, industrial wastes, domestic wastes, etc. great fruit to the lives of humans and natural creatures. There are many causes of water pollution, be it heavy rain, melting snow, storm winds, floods that accidentally bring a dirty amount of waste, dead organisms into the water environment, or volcanic eruption, sea level rise. However, human is the main factor leading to water pollution through industrial, domestic, agricultural, ... wastes into the water environment. We all know that just a sheet of paper, a carton of milk or a plastic bag is discharged into the pond environment, causing water pollution, landscape loss, and pipeline congestion. In addition, factories and enterprises are increasingly developing to serve the needs of production and consumption of people, making the source of wastewater soak up into the groundwater, causing serious water pollution. The consequences are very large, you probably do not know, up to 70% of the human body is water. People need clean water to serve daily activities. However, with the current situation of water pollution, human is the agent and can "RECEIVE DAY" is real. Because, the consequences of water pollution are huge: heavy metal contamination; Contamination of toxic organic compounds, pathogenic bacteria in water, especially wastewater. In order to effectively deal with water pollution, these solutions need to be formulated and implemented at all levels, from global, national to local.   Environmental pollution has become a controversial issue that puts severe pressure on our rhythm of life. The pollution on Earth has reached such an alarming level that immediate involvement from governments and individuals collaboration now are of great importance. First and foremost, industrial activities are considered to be the main cause for air pollution. Along with the global industrialization, the burning of fossil fuels, motor vehicles and factories are contaminating the air by their emission of harmful fumes. In the second place, pervasive deforestation for land use, overuse of fertilizers and the dumping pollutants such as plastic or non- biodegradable packing in the ground has affected the ecosystem and led to soil pollution. This puts bad long- term effects on vegetation and soil fertility. Serious attempt to relieve the effects of pollution and preserve the environment need to be made as soon as possible. Governments can monitor the exhaust purification process of large factories so that they can prevent dangerous exhaust from the environment. Moreover, stricter regulations and laws against forests exploitation can help preserve pristine environment. Individuals should be responsible and raise awareness for the protection of environment. In conclusion, pollution has increasingly become a threat to the globe, directly affects our life and for the sake of environment and all citizens around the world, we should work hand in hand to protect our friendly house- the earth.
