Summer vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year. This year’s summer vacation is so special to me because it was the first time I’ve been on a trip with my colleagues. We had a wonderful time in Vung Tau – the city which has most beatiful beaches in Vietnam.
We stayed there for 2 days at a small but convenient hostel. First day, we got up early to see the sunrise on the beach. It’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. Then we swam and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoyed delicious seafood and drank fresh coconuts.
The next day, it took us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it was really worth the try! The lighthouse affords a panoramic magnificent view of the whole of Vung Tau and is a really interesting site. On top of Small Mountain, there is the enormous 28m figure of Jesus gazing across the East Sea. This is the largest sculpture in the Southern Vietnam. The two shoulders of the figure are balconies, each able to accommodate up to six people, which offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. I just had so many good memories of that whole trip. Everything was great, but what made the trip even greater was the fact that I was able to bulid a stronger relationships with my colleagues.

Ngày hôm sau, chúng tôi mất khoảng 30 phút đi bộ lên núi Nhỏ để đến thăm ngọn hải đăng. Nhưng nó thực sự không uổng công! Ngọn hải đăng mang đến tầm nhìn toàn cảnh thành phố Vũng Tàu và là một địa điểm thực sự thú vị. Trên đỉnh núi Nhỏ, có một bức tượng khổng lồ cao 28m hình Chúa Giêsu nhìn qua Biển Đông. The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. The name of my best friend is Jyoti. She is my good friend and cares for me a lot. She behaves me well and helps always. I met her in class 6 and became best friend. She is my true friend because she understands me very well and cares for my every need. I like her very much. I never had any friend like her ever before. She comes to my home and I too go to her home. Our parents respects us very much and like our friendship. She is so precious for me and I never want to lose her. Whenever I get absent in the classroom, she helps me in doing all the left home works and class works.
She is much similar to me in many aspects. She never argues me and describes me well anything which I get stuck. She is an open minded girl and never feels bad for my misbehave. She is very entertaining in nature and makes me laugh through her interesting jokes and talks in the spare time. She is very cute and attractive, attracts everyone through her smile and nice way of talk. She promotes me always to do better in the classroom and exams. We are good in sports and academic activities. She takes my opinions in her every tough work to do in the right way. We manage to share things in our difficult times. We always perform better in the class tests and main exams.

Where I was born and grew up in Hanoi. The city’s children is a growing modern city. Roads wander wide. The way the two buildings grow up san suicide. Lake blue, like a cosmic giant carpet. Coastal lakes are found standing tilt touches down in their reflected nothing more of a young woman doing coast. I am very proud of themselves as citizens Hanoi. The people of Hanoi elegance and hospitality.

Now, it is different. People don’t live a hard life anymore. They have enough food, enough money, everyone got a house, and many more things. The only things that doesn’t change is sentiment. Everyone always be very happy. They live together, help each other when they need, that is a luxury.That makes my village a wonderful place for everyone. People are just farmer, but they solidarity in the face of penury. And when they have money in their hands, they still solidarity they are friendly with others, they are helpful, they are good people. That’s about people.Landscape is still like the old days. That river, that mountain. Nature is harmony with people. People live with nature, people product things of nature, and nature always open-handed with people, give them resource for them to build their house. My Most unforgettable childhood experience
I was spending my holidays in my summer cottage. It was a warm night and we were watching stars in my friend’s backyard. It was about 1 o’clock a.m. and we were getting sleepy.We decided to go to sleep and as my friend’s house was across the street and my parents were already sleeping, I had to go home by myself. There is a forest near our house and a little gate leads into the forest. Just in front of the gate, is a streetlight with green shimmer.I took a step and looked at the gate. In greenish light was standing a man. A man in black coat. At the same time my friend shouted something and I turned my head. When I looked back, the man had disappeared. My friend told me to go home and that my eyes had played a trick on me. I walked towards my house, I turned to the gate to be sure that it had been only my imagination. And there stood the man again.I screamed and ran home. Later in bed, still trembling with fear and shock I tried to convince myself that there had been nobody and finally I managed to calm down. Since that day, in the evenings I am afraid to go home from my friend’s house.

I had a bad experinence i never forget . Last Monday , I said lied with my mom :" I went to school" . When I was walking , I went to Internet club to play computer . I went anything in the city . AT 11:30 AM , The school rang and student went home . I and my friend hang out and play games in the internet . We played very fun . At 4:00 PM , we went to the cinema and ate in the restautrant . I forgotted to do homework but to late to do that . I said good-bye with my friend and ran to go home . At 10:00 PM , my parents very angry with me and i was too tired to do homework . So next day , i had a bad grade , i had a zero test because on the monday i didn't go to school to do test.
My teacher's name is Mrs. Manley. She teaches Math and English to 7th and 8th graders at North American Martyrs School here in Lincoln. She is also my homeroom teacher. She is a great teacher who always helps me whenever I get stuck on a Math problem or English problem, etc. She is very funny and is easy to get along with. She is very nice and doesn't get mad too fast either. She also gives us chances for extra credit. She is a truly awesome teacher. Mrs. Manley is definitely going to be one of my favorite teachers that I'll never forget. YOU WILL ALWAYS ROCK, MRS. MANLEY!!
My favorite school club is the Debate Club. We have fun discussing different topics and presenting our ideas. It helps me think critically and speak confidently in front of others. I like the friendly competition and how we support each other. Being in the Debate Club has made me smarter and more confident.
