My name is Trung and I’m a Vietnamese. I am thirteen years old. I live in Ho Chi Minh city in the south of Vietnam.
I have a big family with six people. I have two sisters and a brother. My sisters are older and my brother is younger than me. My father is a teacher at a secondary school. He has worked for 35 years in the field and he is my biggest role model in life. My mother is a housewife. She is nice and she is really good at cooking. I love my family so much.
I’m a generous and easy-going person but when it comes to work I’m a competitive perfectionist. I’m also an optimistic and outgoing person so I have many friends and other social relationships. I enjoy reading, writing and doing math. I decided to become a Civil Engineer because I have always been fascinated by bridges, buildings, and skyscrapers. A degree in Civil Engineering enables me to achieve my goals and also gives me an opportunity to make a difference in the community.
Five years from now, I want to become a project manager of a construction project. As a project manager, my primary goals are managing people, set budgets, and making decisions of all kinds. I also want to speak English fluently so I can work with people from different countries.

My best friend is someone special whom I can share my all feelings. He is John. He lives with me as my neighbour in the same colony. We met each other in the nursery class on the very first day. We sit together in the classroom and share everything very happily without any problem. We know each other very well as well as understand each other’s need. He is leadership in nature, tall, fair in complexion, good looking and smart. He is very good in studies and behaves well with everyone. He does his class work and homework very attentively. He is favourite student of class teacher as he is very punctual and follows all the etiquettes.
He respects my feelings and helps me always. Many things of us hobbies, s, diss, etc are similar. We love to listen music, watching cartoons and playing carom at home. We take care of each other in the school and playground. We share school copies and help each other whenever one of us remain absent in the school. We go at tour and picnic with our parents together in every winter and summer vacation.

Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

My family is a small one with only three members: my mother, my brother, and I. My mother is a great woman who has always taken very good care of my brother and me.Unfortunately, she is currently unemployed, but we feel secure with her at home when we are. Every morning she fixes breakfast for us, and then my brother, who is in tenth grade, either walks or rides the bus to Overfelt High School. On the other hand, I work at Micro Lamba Wireless Company, but when I am not working I study English at San Jose College. Not only do my brother and I differ in age and occupation, but we are un in personality. While I am shy and quiet, my brother is very amusing because he is always telling jokes or saying something funny. In brief, we may be just a small family, but we always spend a good time together since our mother is so caring and my brother so amusing.

People say: Family where life begins and love never ends. There is only love from the bottom of the heart that could realize the meaning of that saying. My family is made up of 3 people: my mother, my younger brother and I. My parents have been divorced for 10 years. Since the pain that my mother had to suffer is too big so she doesn’t get married again and she has tried her best to take care of us. My mother’s main job is a pilot at Vietnam Airlines. Her flights could last for a few days or even a week. Sometimes we only meet her at the weekend. But my mother did hire an old house maid who is very careful and nice to take care of me and my brother while she is busy at work. We always look forward to receiving mother’s gifts after a flight. Left all the mess behind, my mother becomes a strong woman that she couldn't even imagine before. About my younger brother, he is the most mischievous person that I have ever known. Last semester, my brother’s teacher came to see my mother three times a week to complain about the things that he had done. However, he is very good at swimming. In addition, he is one of ten excellent students in school. That’s why my mother is always tolerant of his bad behaviours. In the opposite of my brother, I am quite staid and taciturn. But we are still very close and think about each other as a best friend. That makes my mother so happy. Now, I am no longer at home, I moved to Ho Chi Minh 2 months ago to study at university. I miss my mother, my brother and even my house maid so much. No matter how far I am away from home, my family is always in my heart because “family where life begins and love never ends”.

My father is an engineer at a construction site near my home. My father is very busy. He usually had to stand outside all day. So he has a tanned skin. However, one day he still spends time playing with me. My mother is a good housewife. Every day I can eat delicious dishes that I cook. Mother takes care of her family very well. My family consists of four people. There are my parents, my brother and me. My father is an engineer . My mother is a housewife. My brother is a student, and I am a police.
We get up at 6 o’clock every morning. After breakfast, I and my father go to work, my mother does the housework and my brother goes to school.We have lunch at noon and dinner at 7 p.m. In the evening after dinner, we sit together in the living-room talking or watching television for about an hour. Then my brother and I go to our own rooms.
My family is a very happy one. We love each other very much and expect to live together under the same roof forever.

Chủ nhật, em cùng mẹ chuẩn bị bữa cơm trưa cho gia đình. Hôm ấy, mẹ mặc một chiếc tạp dề màu xanh. Mẹ lấy đồ trong tủ lạnh ra rửa rồi gọt cắt nhanh thoăn thoắt. Chỉ một lát củ, quả đã biến thành những hình thù rất đẹp mắt và dễ thương. Sau khi chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu cho các món ăn, mẹ bắt tay vào nấu nướng. Mẹ bật bếp lên. Đầu tiên là mẹ chiên cá. Cá sôi xèo xèo trên bếp. Với đôi bàn tay nhỏ nhắn, mẹ lật cá qua lại, miếng cá vàng ươm tỏa mùi thơm phức. Tiếp theo là mẹ nấu canh, luộc rau, xào rau. Mẹ làm việc rất tập trung. Khuôn mặt mẹ đỏ hồng, rạng rỡ và tràn ngập niềm vui. Trán lấm tấm mồ hôi, mấy sợi tóc xoà xuống trông mẹ rất xinh. Các món ăn đã được nấu xong, mẹ nhanh nhẹn cho đồ ăn ra đĩa và trang trí thật đẹp mắt. Mùi thơm của các món ăn toả ra thơm phức làm cho cả nhà ai cũng thấy đói bụng. Cả nhà ngồi vào bàn ăn thưởng thức thành quả lao động của mẹ.

My family have 4 people. There are my mother,my father,my elder sister and me.My parents are both the same age, 50 years old.My father is a teacher ,he is very kind and hard-working. My morther is a nurse, she is interesting, I think she is the most funny person in my family. My elder sister is 18 years old, she is a student and she is very pretty,she not only learns well but also plays the piano very well, I think she will become a pianist in the future. Những món mà tôi thích ăn nhất gần như ngày nào cũng xuất hiện trên bàn ăn. Bữa trưa là một đĩa thịt kho tàu hấp dẫn và món trứng xào cà chua đẹp mắt được bày bên cạnh chỗ của tôi và mẹ. Một đĩa rau luộc than đạm được bày gần vị trí của bố.
