Hello everybody! My name is Linh. Today I will tell us about how to keep fit and stay healthy. In my opinion, there are many things to keep fit. Firts of all, we should eat three meals in a day and enjoy some delicous food such as vegetables or fruit. Secondly, we must drink enough water every day. Thirdly, we should do exercise and play sports more than. Fourthly, we should spend more time to enjoy outdoor activities than playing games on computer or watching TV, because they can affect our eyes.
