In America, one is not forced to join the military. Everyone volunteers to join the military but not all will be accepted. If the military recruitment finds out that you are underweight, overweight, have gene problems, or mentally unstable, you'll be sent home. Therefore, it's very important to have very good health to join the U.S. military. In order to have good health, you need to eat vegetables, fruits, meat, starch, and dairy every meal. It's very important to eat three meals a day and healthy snacks between meals. Healthy snacks are nuts, protein bars, protein shakes, etc. However, the most important thing to do to have good health is exercise. There are two types of exercises, weightlifting and doing cardio.  Weightlifting allows you to build and tone muscles. Cardio allows you to burn lots of calories and increase your heart rate. Last but not least is sleeping. A night of good 8-hour sleep allows your body to rejuvenate and prevents feeling sluggish or cranky during waking time. These are ways to have good health before you join the U.S. military.

How to keep your teeth

Nowadays, people start to care more about their appearance. And they especially care about their teeth. If you have strong teeth, you can both be more beautiful and keep fit. To keep your teeth, the easiest way is brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day and you shouldn't eat too much food which makes your teeth worse such as candies, sugar, fried food. And you must go to see the doctor at least 2 times a year to sure that your teeth don't have any problems. The last thing is: don't eat much food at night, especially sweet food. Wish you strong and bright, you can have a really cute smile!

How to keep your health

When people don't care about their health, they can take the risk of having illnesses. So you must keep your health to study harder and you can join many activities. To keep your health, you should do morning exercises or go to the gym club every day. You should eat healthy food such as vegetables and fruits. You shouldn't eat fast food although they are really delicious. But don't think it's all, the most important thing is keeping fit when the weather is not ok: you must wear a raincoat when it's rainy, you must wear sunhat when it's hot and wear a coat when it's cold. Finally, you shouldn't stay at home and use the computer too much. Go out and take up a sport to be healthy!

In the future, I will a modern house, or a lot of modern appliances other but I best is wire less TV. It can help we order food from the market and watch all programes from a lot of planets other. It very useful. I very wire less TV because it is an appliance I would have in future.

My eating habit distinguishes me from other people. In the morning I drink a cup of warm honey lemon liquid, which is really good for digesting. Then I eat some rye bread and drink a cup of plain milk. For lunch I eat chicken breast because it’s rich in protein. I also eat some vegetables such as spinach and lettuce. In the evening I eat fruit and yogurt. Sometimes I eat a bar of chocolate and then go to bed.

A lot of people would say that friends have more influence than family on teenagers. Some believe that family is the most important. Different people have different angles of thoughts.

Teenagers are surely influenced by their family a lot, since they know them their whole life. But teenagers usually do not listen to their parents, they go out with friends, they meet new people and try new things. They can be influenced in negative ways, which are smoking, missing from school, alcohol and even drugs. Usually, if parents do not have time for their teenager or ignore them, they are more likely to get into dangerous society and end up being influenced by friends. 

On the other hand, friends can have very postive influence, for example, they can motivate you to study, they can show you new hobbies and so on. 

My view is that it depends on everyone's personallity if they want to be influenced more by friends or family. I am not really influenced by friends, I just form my own opinions and stuff. Everyone is different. 

I think friends have more influence but sometimes it depends on family and society how they will be influenced because not all the teenagers are the same.

There have been strong debates about whether peers have more influence than family on young people or not. Do teenagers care more about their friends than their parents? Some people adhere the opinion that friends effect on the most important decisions of their peers. I’d rather say that peers aren’t more important than parents, but sometimes peers become more important than they previously were.

It is clear that parents always want only the best for their children. The family does all it can to make the child successful by providing all the necessary assistance to the child. At any point where children are going in the wrong direction, parents will know the right way and help to understand all the mistakes, solve problems, give an important advice. It is also hard to deny that parents always accept their child as he or she really is and when the child meets his friends, who haven’t been with him for such a long period of time as family, this is not the same case, and there is no doubt that peers can propose something contrary which will not be pleasing for both sides.

On the other hand, the teenagers often spend more of their time with their friends because they want to be away from the home environment, trying new pursuits and socialising. Teenagers usually choose friends who are like thenselves, and in spite of parents best intentions, teenagers can perceive criticism of their friends as personal criticism. It can also be argued that sometimes problems can develop when parents don’t show an interest in what their children are doing and there is a breakdown in communication between children and parents. It this case teenagers may be guided by the opinion of their peers more than by the family’s opinion.

In summary, I would say that every situation depends on certain circumstances and it is always individual. But in my view, family influence is the most important in teenagers lives.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. In summary, healthis better than wealth.
