Hello everybody! My name is Linh. Today I will tell us about how to keep fit and stay healthy. In my opinion, there are many things to keep fit. Firts of all, we should eat three meals in a day and enjoy some delicous food such as vegetables or fruit. Secondly, we must drink enough water every day. Thirdly, we should do exercise and play sports more than.
