Donating gently used clothing, household items, or non-perishable goods to community organizations also contributes to alleviating immediate needs. Offering one's skills, such as tutoring or mentoring, can empower individuals striving for a better future. Additionally, supporting charities through financial contributions enables them to extend their reach and aid to a broader population. Acts of kindness, such as paying for a stranger's meal or offering a helping hand, foster a sense of community and empathy. Ultimately, the collective effort of individuals engaging in these practical gestures can create a ripple effect of positive change for those experiencing hardship.

Then you can market yourself and that talent to the world, build your foundations and become famous. Remember that you will need a lot of effort to own and maintain a reputation. For example, you might be a celebrity at school or at work. You can be famous in your hometown or locality. Also, you can strive to be a world famous star. I strongly support the use of personal electronic devices in learning because we can’t miss its definite advantages.First of all, they can be used for both research and study purpose. Students can access Internet to download data and store information and textbooks, which save amounts of money for paper books and time. This also means their backpacks are lighter but contain bigger data.Secondly, modern technology tools improve their study results because of a wide variey of useful learning applications on smartphones, laptop, tablets and other media players such as dictionary, spelling, translation, pronunciation and other apps. These apps are not boring but exciting them with colorful designed-courses, funny methods and attractive contents. Furthermore, students can study any time, anywhere as long as their devices are connected to Internet. Last but not least, smartphones help students communicate with each other or relax by listening to music and playing games when they are bored or tired of studying. All types of entertainment are now combined in a small portable equipment, which is convenient for the owners to relax anywhere. In conclusion, personal electronic devices bring more benefits than harm to students. I suggest that teachers allow and encourage the use of these devices in learning both inside and outside of class.

Tất cả các loại giải trí hiện nay được kết hợp trong một thiết bị cầm tay nhỏ, thuận tiện cho các chủ sở hữu thư giãn ở bất cứ đâu. Tóm lại, các thiết bị điện tử cá nhân mang lại nhiều lợi ích hơn là gây hại cho học sinh. Tôi đề nghị giáo viên cho phép và khuyến khích sử dụng các thiết bị này trong học tập cả trong và ngoài lớp học.

Energy is very important in our daily life. We use energy for almost everything we do. However energy is limited. We should do the following things to save energy. Firstly, we should use electricity more efficiently. Secondly, we had better reduce our electricity bills. Besides, it’s necessary to turn off the lights when leaving a room or before going to bed to save energy. Moreover, we ought to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future and for our planet’s future.

How to stay healthy:
For a healthy and fit body you need to keep on doing exercise. Many factors will come across us and can divert us from achieving our goal of being fit and healthy. But you should be having strong self discipline and will power to achieve this healthy and fit body. Below given are some methods through which can maintain a fit and healthy body. Most important is the exercise. Make it a routine to move your body. You can do this by running around your home, playing with your kids, climbing up and down the stair case and so on. This will help in increasing your blood circulation. You can also join a gym where you will have an instructor who can guide you to have a healthy and fit body. Try to avoid fatty food and junk food. These foods are not going to give any nutrients to your body. Better stick on to a diet which includes fresh vegetables, fruits, fish and Dairy Products such as milk. Limited number of dried fruits can be included in your diet. Reduce intake of foods which are more salty and food with more sugar. Too much sugar and salt is bad for health. Have food at proper timings .Try not skip any meals. If you don’t feel hungry also eat something but don’t skip the meals. Avoid all the bad habits like smoking, drinking, using drugs etc. This will make your health more badly. Try to manage your stress by walking in beach or watching any sport channel or by listening to music or anything that makes you relaxed. Keep your hands clean regularly because many diseases can attack your body though you hands. Try to maintain good hygiene which will keep all the sickness away from your body. Do a regular body as well as dental checkups. Maintain your healthy weight and make sure it is under control. Above given tips can help you to have a fit and healthy body. But most important is self determination. If you possess self determination then definitely you can achieve a healthy and fit body.

How people in the family share housework:
Nowadays when society develop day by day, people have no time in doing housework, especially women. Not only do they have full-time of job, but they also take care of children and do the housework. In my opinion, family members should share housework together. One reason is that sharing housework can connect family members. Adult members do labors like laundry and cooking, children just do simple chores like watering garden or making their bed. Sharing housework makes us feel less tired and equal. Another reason is that doing housework brings knowledge organization of things, especially children. They will know how to keep their belongings tidied and everything kept clean as well. In addiction, we will feel responsible for our family. In conclusion, we should share housework to improve family life.
