Chances are you will encounter this dish in almost every outdoors market. There are even two restaurantsdedicated fully to this dish in the Old Quarters. Xoi xeo is sticky rice topped with ground de-hulled mung bean and fried onion. Sometimes it can be served with eggs or steamed chicken breast on request. The serving is really filling and it is good for any time of the day but most Vietnamese have it for breakfast or lunch.

The Vietnamese noodles have different colors (white, red, yellow), shape and thickness, depending on the types and regions. Each of the said noodles has one more word next to it, like beef, chicken or other material, or name of a location to emphasize their specialty. For example, Phở gà (noodle soup with chicken), Phở bò (noodle soup with beef), Bún bò Huế (Huế city's beef noodle soup), Mỳ Quảng (Quảng Nam province's noodles) etc.
Raw materials needed: - 1 cup of rice- 300ml water.

Many other classmates just said to me exactly one sentence: "Nah, we don't care about those stupid grown-up things!". If "young people" you've been said are 23 or older, then they are probably have nothing to do in their lives. Because they don't prepare for their own future. No ambitions, no jobs, no money, nothing. In

I learn many subjects in school. But the one I enjoy learning is History.
History tells us how people lived ages ago. It also tells us how men had to struggle to make the world a better place to live. Many pupils, however, do not like to read History. They say that there are too many names and dates to remember. But they do not understand that if we do not know about the past, we can not understand the present properly. In fact, only a study of History will make us realize that everything we do today is the result of what our grandfathers and others before them did in the past. So, History is the long story, we learn many interesting things.
I love history so much that i have a lot of history books in my house. Some day, i might even write a history book myself.
