i think it’s only natural that all of us have a hobby of some shape or form. Something that can keep boredom away, broaden our horizons, and inspire our creativity. For some of us one hobby might not even be enough, some of us have two, three, or many hobbies to fill our days and bring variety and fun into our lives. For some of us we love the solitary time that hobbies such as reading or swimming provide but for others one of the benefits to having a regular hobby is getting regular social time. In my opinions, hobbies are what keep us sane. I mean, how boring would life be if it was just work, eat, sleep, watch a little TV…You get the picture! So for those of you that haven’t yet discovered your ideal hobby I’ve compiled this list of thirty-five of what I consider to be the best hobbies out there. Hopefully they’ll inspire you, entertain you, and fill your days with a little

People divide hobbies into four big groups: doing things, making things, collecting things, and learning things. Gardening belongs to the most popular group - doing things.

Gardening is one of the oldest outdoor activities. It has something for everyone, even for chỉldren. Gardening teaches children about flowers, fruits, and vegetables. They can also learn about insects and bugs. When gardening, children learn to be patient and take on responsibility. They learn to wait for the plants to grow to maturity And if they don’t water their plants, their plants will die. This teaches them valuable lessons about responsibility.

Gardening is also good because everyone in the family can join in and do something together. My mum and I love gardening. We usually spend an hour a day in our garden. It really makes us happy, and we love spending time together.

Dentists say that the most important part tooth care happens at home. So, what should we do to have good oral health? First of all, we should brush our teeth at least twice a day - after breakfast and dinner. To keep our teeth healthy, we should brush thoroughly for two minutes. Move the brush back and forth and make sure to clean the back, front and top sides of each tooth. Second, among a lot of tooth brushes in the supermarket, we should choose a small-headed soft toothbrush. It can reach all areas of the mouth and doesn’t harm our teeth and gums. We should also replace the toothbrush every three months. Third, we should use mouthwash after brushing. Each tooth has five sides, but a toothbrush cleans only three of them. The mouthwash helps us clean teeth completely. Remember to spit it out. Fourth, we should choose the best food for the health of our teeth which include cheeses, chicken or other meats, and nuts. These foods provide the calcium which helps strengthen the teeth. Some vegetables like garlic, ginger or pepper can be used as home remedies for a toothache. Try to avoid snacks, sugary or sodas.
