I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Tập thể dục thường xuyên. Tập thể dục làm tăng cường hệ thống miễn dịch giúp tránh bệnh tật. Việc lạm dụng việc thể dục quá nhiều hoặc quá mức có thể cũng làm tôi bị bệnh. Tôi chắc chắn có giấc ngủ đủ mỗi đêm, ngủ ít nhất là bảy đến tám giờ hàng đêm.

Tôi cũng cần phải giảm căng thẳng. Căng thẳng có thể gây hại khả năng hệ thống miễn dịch của tôi làm việc tối ưu, những người căng thẳng thì có xu hướng dễ bị cảm lạnh hơn là những người ít bị căng thẳng. Việc quản lý căng thẳng góp phần trong việc phòng ngừa bệnh cúm. Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.

Ngoài ra, tôi ăn nhiều trái cây để có được vitamin C có thể giúp tôi ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh thông thường, và tôi cũng sẽ uống sữa nhiều hơn, điều này sẽ giúp tôi khỏe mạnh và mạnh mẽ hơn để ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh.

No one denies the importance of English language in the present time as global language. It is clear that the English language has become more dominant around the world. In some countries it use as the mother tongue and ,other countries learn it as second language in their schools. This is make English widespread. In addition, many reasons which contributed to rising of English spreading . for example, use it for communication between people around the world, as well as, it is language of modern times. On other hand , English is the language of science and technology.

There is no doubt that, the English is language of communication between the people with different cultures . It is also the language of computers that help to communicate with the people around the world through Internet technology and e-mail. People who know English can deal with the Internet, which is regard information and communications revolution .

Also one of reasons that contributed to the spread of English that, it is the language of the modern era. Where the people are use it in various field of life such as, economy, e-commerce, medicine and aviation. In addition ,it is the language which use in the tourism and travel. This reasons motive the people to learn English .

One of the main reasons why the English is dominant in the present time, use it in the field of education by universities and institutes and, they use it in scientific research . It has become an addendum to the mastery of scientific individual stock. On the other hand, the English is an important requirement in most government jobs and private.

It is quite clear that English has become an necessity today. We need it in different fields of life . The English language has become easier to learn more than ever before with the availability of many sources to help people learn very easily. Such as the Internet, books and educational institutes which spread around the world.

The quarter of every human being is health and wisdom. Good health will facilitate intellectual development better and vice versa. Sport helps us to have good health, thus, better able to study and participate in activities at school or in society more effectively. Sport contributes to improve the quality of education to help them become useful people for the society.

Lifetime, Ho Chi Minh our venerable attaches great importance to physical training, health promotion. dated 30.01.1946, President Ho Chi Minh signed a decree establishing 14 central Nha fitness is tasked research methods and practices in the national fitness. All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. In summary, healthis better than wealth.

Nowadays, energy is being run out more and more. We need to save energy because nobody of us can live without energy. So why don't we start to do it right in our home ? 

We have many ways to save energy in our home. One of those ways is using electricity, water and gas economically. Such as we should turn off the light in room when we go out or in unnecessary situations, avoid wasting water, shut the kitchen stove when stop cooking. 

Besides, we should use electrical equipments which are energy - saving. Such as using lights and fans that have low capacity, or using equipments which reserve electricty. Not only do these help us to save money but also they work effectively. 

In addition, we should frequently check electrical equipments in our home in order to fix opportunely . 

In summary, we need to save energy so that energy isn't run out and continues to serve human's life.

Ngày nay, năng lượng đang ngày càng cạn kiệt. Chúng ta cần tiết kiệm năng lượng vì không ai trong chúng ta có thể sống mà không có năng lượng. Vậy tại sao chúng ta không bắt đầu làm ngay tại nhà? Chúng ta có nhiều cách để tiết kiệm năng lượng trong nhà. Một trong những cách đó là sử dụng điện, nước và khí một cách kinh tế. Chẳng hạn như chúng ta nên tắt ánh sáng trong phòng khi ra ngoài hoặc trong các tình huống không cần thiết, tránh lãng phí nước, đóng bếp khi ngừng nấu ăn. Bên cạnh đó, chúng ta nên sử dụng các thiết bị điện tiết kiệm năng lượng. Chẳng hạn như sử dụng đèn và quạt có công suất thấp, hoặc sử dụng thiết bị dự trữ điện. Không chỉ làm những điều này giúp chúng tôi tiết kiệm tiền mà còn làm việc hiệu quả. Ngoài ra, chúng ta nên thường xuyên kiểm tra các thiết bị điện trong nhà của chúng tôi để sửa chữa kịp thời. Nói tóm lại, chúng ta cần tiết kiệm năng lượng để năng lượng không bị cạn kiệt và tiếp tục phục vụ cuộc sống của con người.

The leader I really and admire is (…say a name of poliian or a leader you know about…) who had great contributions to make our country a better place. He was a mainstream poliian for a long and was involved in active polis from his school life. He had great contribution in our freedom fight as well as in several other activities for the betterment of our nation. He lived from 1940 till 2000 and his death was a great lose for the nation.

He was an honest and brave poliian which has become rare in present days. He never compromised with the evil power of the polis and foreign powers. He had risked his life several times and with his bravery he had bought some advantageous changes in the country. He was an idol for the nations and for his honesty and bravery he is a well-known figure in the world.

He was an active member of the (...say a polial party name…) and never longed for power or fame. He could have easily gain a powerful position in the country but he had always led a simple and yet exemplary life.

I admire him for his unmatched contribution for the country and for the nation. We need many more leaders him and I regret the fact that we have only very few leaders him in our country. He was an ideal leader who has put his personal benefits away while he thought for the benefits of the country and the nation.

Enviroment is neccessary thing for this life. Enviroment is the air we breath, the water people drink and is everything they need for their life. But now the most important thing for the life is being polluted. This pollution affects the health of all living things. Air is damaged by lorry fumes and car, and power stations create acid rain which can destroys entire lakes and forests. When fossil fuels: gas, oil and coal are burned to provide energy for cooking, lighting etc. they form polluting gases. Not only on land but also in the sea, oils spills pollute sea water and kill marine life; chemical waste from sewage works and factories, and artificial fertilisers from farmland, pollute river water, spreading disease, and killing wildlife. Everything is being caused by human’s existence. Humans create rubbish! Each household produces about one tonne of rubbish each year! Most of this is taken away by dustmen and burned in incinerators or buried in enormous landfill sites – both of these actions can be dangerous for our environment.

But only people can change and solve it. Pollution could be prevented by all thing we do each day. First people can use recycled paper to save trees. Second try to avoid using plastic. It is hard to recycle. People should refuse to use carrier bags. If people can not avoid buying plastic bags, they should use re-use plastic bags many times. Finally people must take their old clothes to charity shops. People also should save energy to protect environment. Switching off all electric things when they are not in use, walk or use a bicycle instead of car for short trips, keep healthy life and keep clean atmosphere.

Keep clean environment isn’t only all ways are mentioned before but also to protect natural resources. That is the way to conserver wild life. First we need to conserve the old forest, rainforest, build more safari and national park, and plant more trees to make place to live for wild animals. Second we need to prohibit hunters who hunt animals too many out of the law allowance.

Finally, we now know that enviroment is the most important thing for life and we know how to protect and use it scientifically. Everyday we invent and find more and more way to protect enviroment. I hope that in the future the earth will be cleaner.

Từ đây, toàn Đảng, toàn dân, toàn quân ta lại bước vào “cuộc chiến đấu trong thời bình” - Cuộc chiến phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 với  tư tưởng chỉ đạo và phương châm hành động là“Chống dịch như chống giặc”.

People said that: ''Health is better than wealth'' so having a good health is really important for everyone, so what should we do to keep healthy, there are a lot of ways to keep fit if we really pay attention to them.

First of all, we should have 3 meals a day and enjoy a lot of good foods like vegetables or fruit instead of eating junk food. Secondly, we should drink enough water a day. Thirdly, in order to do more exercises and play more sports, we should get up early as usual. Fourthly, we should spend more time enjoying outdoor activities instead of playing computer games or watching TV, because they can hurt our eyes. Finally, we should go to see the doctor regularly to check our health.

In conclusion, we should find many good ways to keep healthy and just remember that ''Health is better than wealth''.
