Những ngày tháng chín, tháng mười, bão và áp thấp nhiệt đới thay nhau đổ bộ vào các tỉnh miền Trung gây nên mưa lớn kéo dài nhiều ngày. Mưa giăng trắng trời, trắng đất. Lũ từ trên núi cao ầm ập bất ngờ đổ xuống. Các đập thủy điện quá tải vì lượng nước không lồ, không kịp mở cửa xả lũ nên có nguy cơ bị vỡ. Hồ thủy lợi Khe Mơ thuộc huyện Hương Sơn, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh, dung tích bảy trăm ngàn mét khối bị vỡ đập chính. Nước ở các dòng sông dâng cao vượt báo động nguy hiểm cấp ba. Các dòng sông vốn phẳng lặng, hiền hòa là thế, bỗng trở nên hung hãn. Dòng nước đục ngầu, giận dữ cuốn phăng tất cả những gì nó gặp trên đường. Chao ôi, nước ở đâu ra mà nhiều đến thế. Xóm làng trù phú xanh tươi giờ đây biến mất, chỉ còn những ngọn cây cao, những nóc nhà nhô lên, ngấp ngoái giữa một vùng mênh mông, trắng xóa. Gió mưa mù mịt, thi nhau quất roi xuống mặt đất. Cơn thịnh nộ của thiên nhiên mới khủng khiếp làm sao!
Lòng người nhói đau khi chứng kiến tình cảm điêu đứng của nhân dân miền Trung trong trận đại hồng thủy. Người dân chạy đến trường học, trụ sở ủy ban, trạm y tế xã để tá túc. Hàng nghìn người chen chúc, thiếu lương thực, thiếu nước sạch, thiếu cả những vật dụng sinh hoạt tối thiểu. Lũ ập đến bất ngờ, không ai kịp mang theo tài sản chạy lũ. Họ ngồi nhìn ra ngoài trời, mặt tím tai, bơ phờ vì đói khát, vì lo lắng và hoảng sợ. Xót xa nhất là tình cảnh của những người còn mắc lại trong những ngôi nhà ngập sâu trong nước. Họ dỡ ngói chui lên nóc nhà. Những bàn tay chới với, khẩn thiết vẫy gọi người cứu tế. Đã có nhiều người chết và mất tích.
Trong hoạn nạn, tình người tỏa sáng. Dưới trời mưa tầm tả, các cán bộ, chiến sĩ, dân quân tự vệ khẩn trương ứng cứu, sơ tán dân ra khỏi vùng ngập sâu an toàn. Mọi người ấm lòng khi thấy các anh thoăn thoắt bế những em nhỏ, dìu những cụ già, đỡ mọi người lên xuồng chạy lũ. Những thùng mì tôm, những chai nước sạch được chuyển đến tận tay người dân vùng lũ. Phong trào quyên góp ủng hộ đồng bào miền Trung dấy lên trong cả nước. Lương thực, thuốc men, quần áo … được đưa đén tận tay từng gia đình. Sự động viên, chia sẻ cả về vật chất và tinh thần đó mới đang quý làm sao!
Sau trận lũ, nhà cửa hoang tàn, đồng ruộng xác xơ, cuộc sống của người dân khốn khó trăm bề. Mọi người không chỉ thấm thía về ý nghĩa của tình thương trong hoạn mà còn thấm thía ý nghĩa của việc bảo vệ môi trường bên vững của con người.

Nghe An Province was badly affected again when a typhoon hit the area last night. The storm began at around 11 p.m. and raged thoughout the night. Dozens of people were seriously injured and hundreds of others were left homeless. The severe winds caused extensive damage to property, including homes and businesses, particularly in Cua Lo, a coastal town in Nghe An. The storm had already weakened by the time emergency workers arrived in the area. Rescue operations have started and many people trapped in collapsed or damaged buidings have been freed. Workers are now clearing up the debris left behind by the severe storm. The government has already sent rescue equipment to Nghe An, as well as food and medical supplies. People left homeless have been taken to safe areas, where temporary accommodation will be built to house them. The weather bureau has issued flood warning for Nghe An and nearby provinces as heavy rain is expected to continue over the next few days.

Countryside is the best example because there aren’t many factories and there are many trees in the countryside so the air is very fresh. It makes you feel comfortable and healthy.But today, the environment is the ho'est problem in the world because it is polluted by people who live in it- the main reason which causes the environmental pollu)on. The water becomes dirty and becovered by trash. The factories decant chemistry into stream, river and sea. Fishes, sea plants are died and +oat on the water surface. Many trees in the forest are cut down to make furnitures. Peoplethrow trash onto the water, the street or in the park. In addi)on, the weather is very hot and don’t have any rain in the long )me. There are many other reasons which make environmental pollu)on.Environmental pollu)on is not good for your healthy. It is the cause which makes illness and cancer like respiratory disease, lung cancer,etc… and you may die soon. So people have to do everything that is possible to reduce the pollu)on, protect the environment. Reusing, reducing and recycling arethe best ways.• When you buy some food in the market, the sellers usually give you plas)c bags to put the food in. Then, when you come home, you take the food out and throw the plas)c bags away. You know, the plas)c bags are di2cult to be burned. So now, please don’t do that, you can wash and use them for the next )me. It’s reusing.• Trees are very useful. They give us the oxygen and make the air clean. But everyyear, many trees are cut down illegally. We should avoid this situa)on. Reducing your family’s domes)c waste is a good idea and I think it’s necessary to do that. Because the waste is very dirty and solving waste is always the ho'est problem that always need the solu)ons.• The last, you can recycle the paper, cans, )ns,ect… which are used. My leisure activity is reading. I like reading because it is a hobby that is useful and interesting: useful because you can find a lot of knowledge of all areas that you need; interesting because the books can give you the joy and help you relax after a day of toil etc... Especially, when you join the forum, you can meet a lot of people who have interests similar to yours, comment on the books or novels that interest you.
I love books and also natural as reading books. At the age of ten, I was awarded "The Scarlet Sails" of Alexandre Green by my grandfather. It is the first of book that I have been. I read it does not know how many times (Up to now, I still love it and occasionally read it again). My love for books begun.
I usually spend almost of free time in choosing the book with my friends, participate in dicussion on the forum and reading (of course!). Every weekend and all holidays when I have no work to do, I often read books and ruminate on it. I also help some friends can select the genres of books that they like.
I always hope that I will have my own library in my future. I love books very much and perhaps, I couldn't live without them.

Tôi đọc nó không biết bao nhiêu lần (Cho đến bây giờ, tôi vẫn thích nó và đôi khi đọc nó lần nữa). Tình yêu của tôi dành cho sách bắt đầu.
Tôi thường dành hầu hết thời gian rảnh rỗi để chọn cuốn sách với bạn bè, tham gia thảo luận về diễn đàn và đọc sách (tất nhiên!). Mỗi cuối tuần và tất cả các ngày nghỉ khi tôi không có việc để làm, tôi thường đọc sách và suy nghĩ về nó. Tôi cũng giúp một số bạn bè có thể chọn các thể loại sách mà họ thích.
Tôi luôn luôn hy vọng rằng tôi sẽ có thư viện của mình trong tương lai của tôi. Tôi yêu sách rất nhiều và có lẽ, tôi không thể sống thiếu chúng.

1.(Xem ti vi là việc mà thôi thường làm mỗi khi có thời gian rảnh. Mục đích chính của tôi khi xem TV là để thư giãn, vì vậy tôi thường xem các phim hoạt hình vui nhộn, phim hành động và các kênh âm nhạc. Đó là một cách hiệu quả để giúp tôi thư giãn sau một ngày căng thẳng. Nó cũng giúp tôi biết nhiều điều hơn về cuộc sống. )
Watching TV is what I mostly do whenever I have free time. My main purpose when watching TV is to relax, so I often watch funny cartoons, action movies and music channels. It is an effective way to help me relax after a stressful day. It also helps me to know more things about life.
2.In my free time, I love to relax myself by listening to music and watching my favorite films. I study all days, so after 7PM is the only time that I can use for myself. I have a smartphone, so I can download a lot of songs from the Internet for free, and I usually listen to them with my headphones. If noone is at home, I will turn on the loudspeakers to have the best experience with music, but most of the time I only listen to music with headphones. Besides music, movies are my second biggest love. When I am not listening to the songs, I turn on my computer and watch some of the latest movies on the websites. Since most of the best films are from Europe and America, this is also a way for me to improve my English skills. I usually do not use the subtitle, and I try to hear directly what the actors are saying. My parents want me to read books to learn even in my free time, but I think I should do what I actually love to make myself comfortable
(Trong thời gian rảnh rỗi, tôi thích thư giãn bằng cách nghe nhạc và xem những bộ phim yêu thích. Tôi học cả ngày, vậy nên sau 7 giờ tối là thời gian duy nhất tôi dành cho bản thân. Tôi có một chiếc điện thoại, vậy nên tôi có thể tải về nhiều bài hát miễn phí từ mạng Internet, và tôi thường nghe bằng tai nghe. Đôi khi không có ai ở nhà, tôi mở loa để có trải nghiệm tốt nhất với âm nhạc, nhưng hầu hết thời gian tôi chỉ sử dụng tai nghe. Bên cạnh nhạc, phim ảnh là tình yêu lớn nhất của tôi. Khi tôi không nghe những bài hát, tôi mở vi tính và xem một vài bộ phim mới nhất trên những trang web. Vì những bộ phim hay nhất đều đến từ Châu Âu và Châu Mỹ, đây cũng là một cách để tôi cải thiện các kĩ năng tiếng Anh của mình. Tôi không hay xem phụ đề, và tôi cố gắng để nghe trực tiếp những gì diễn viên đang nói. Bố mẹ tôi muốn tôi đọc sách để có thể học kể cả khi rảnh rỗi, nhưng tôi nghĩ tôi nên làm những gì tôi thích để khiến bản thân thoải mái.)
