When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. If you drink a lot, you will be deficient in vitamins, obese, prone to cardiovascular diseases,… Coke is bad, but I still like its taste. Therefore, I only drink when I really crave it. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me.
