Khi chúng ta gặp một người lạ, chúng ta hình thành ý tưởng về người đó trong đầu. Chúng tôi gọi đó là ấn tượng đầu tiên.

Làm thế nào để chúng ta tạo ấn tượng đầu tiên với mọi người. Hầu hết thời gian, chúng tôi xem người đó trông như thế nào, Chúng tôi xem xét ngoại hình của người đó, chẳng hạn như mắt, tóc và chiều cao.

Một nhà văn, Malcolm Gladwell, đã làm một cuộc khảo sát về những người đứng đầu các công ty lớn ở Hoa Kỳ. Anh thấy rằng rất nhiều người trong số họ là những người đàn ông cao lớn. Loyalty and honesty were highly appreciated. When they made a mistake, they would not let another person be punished for it. That would be cowardly and mean.
