= \(-\frac{14}{5}x^4y^3.\)

b) \(5x^2y^5-\frac{1}{4}x^2y^5\)

= \(\left(5-\frac{1}{4}\right)x^2y^5\)

= \(\frac{19}{4}x^2y^5.\)
