Hi, Nick. Last week, I had a summer vacation in Da Lat with my family. We stayed in the weird hotel. That hotel looks like a shoe of the giant. I have never seen a hotel like it. It's in the corner of the city. It isn't a famous hotel so it doesn't cost too much. There are three single rooms and one double room. All of things in that hotel was made from wood. The bed makes me scared because it looks like a real tiger. Very special, isn't it?

The name of my best friend is Oanh. She is my good friend and cares for me a lot. She behaves me well and helps always. I met her in class 6 and became best friend. She is my true friend because she understands me very well and cares for my every need. I like her very much. I never had any friend like her ever before. She comes to my home and I too go to her home. Our parents respects us very much and like our friendship. She is so precious for me and I never want to lose her. If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.

“Tôi sinh ra và lớn lên trên miền đất nghèo thuộc huyện Đức Thọ, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh. Đó là nơi gắn bó với tôi 24 năm cuộc đời. Nếu có ai hỏi tôi rằng “Điều gì làm tôi tự hào nhất?”. Tôi sẽ trả lời đó chính là quê hương tôi. Đức Thọ là mảnh đất nghèo, người dân ở đây sống bằng nghề trồng lúa, chăn nuôi và đánh cá. My house is the place where I love the best. It’s located in Phuc Tho District,Ha Noi City. My house is quite wide, its area is approximately 90 square metres. There is a garden in front of my house. The garden brings to my house a natural and peaceful atmosphere. My house has 2 floors and one terrace. Its surface is painted by green and looks very bright and charming. On the first floor, there are three rooms: a living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom. When you come in, the first room you can see is the living-room where my family welcomes guests and relaxes. An ancient sofa and a tea-table with a tea tray on it are arranged quite tidily in the middle of the room. Next to the living room is the kitchen where I love so much because I really cooking for my family. And behind the kitchen is the bathroom, the bathroom are quite clean wide room and very modern. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: my son’s bedroom and ourS (có “s” đấy nhé. Đại từ sở hữu, ý là our bedroom). There are two windows in each bed room, it provide the light for the room and make the room to be more airy. Especially, my bedroom is quiet, it is an advantage for me when I prepare lessons plan. And another place in my house is the terrace. It has a balcony where my family often sits there to see the sunset and stars in the sky at night. I love my house so much.
My house is in the countryside. It is surrounded by many green trees. In front of my house is a large yard. There are some roses in the yard. Behind my house, there is a very big garden. My name is Thu Trang . Now i am going to tell you about my best friend . Her full name is Tran Trang Linh . She is eleven years old , the same age with me . She was my friend since i was three years old . Her star sign is Libra . She is shy but talkative and creative . I think she is slim and short . She has short black hair, pink lips and small ears . Everyday, i often go to school with her together . She usually helps our classmates in their homework . I hope we will be friend forever .
1 . MY SCHOOL
My school is Nhon Tan Lower Secondary school . It's in Binh Dinh Province . It's a small school . It's has 17 classes and 549 students . There is two computer rooms and a library . There is also a school garden and a playground . At breaktime , students play games in the playground . It's very noisy .
2. MY HOUSE
My house is in country . It's a small house but it's beautiful . It's has six rooms : a living room , a kitchen , two bedrooms and two bathrooms . I like my bedroom best . There is a big yard in front of the house . There is a garden behind the house . It's nice with many flowers and trees .
3. MY BEST FRIEND
My best friend is my mother . She's 40 years old . My mother is tall and thin , she's kind , careful and clever . She is a farmer . She likes getting up early and cooking breakfast for my family . She listens to me when i sad . She always takes care of my family . I love my mother very much .
My neiborhood is not big, but it has a nice view. But, some year recently, people often do not take rubbish into recycle bins, walk on the grass, use more dirty energy, noise pollution,.... So I dislike something much. Althought my neighbor is so dirty, peole here improve themselevs. I like my neighborhood because it's my homeland, the peole here so friendly, there are a lot of parks, supermarkets, schools,... here.
I like living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without
worrying much about environmental pollution.
As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.
Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things
are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.
