I want to provide food, clothes and blankets for street children. I want to do it because I want to share the things I have with children who are in need. I hope no child will be hungry and cold. I will cook food and bring it to street children on the weekends. I will also encourage my friends to donate clothes and blankets to them.
The term community service refers to a donated activity or service carried out by a person or a group of people for the benefit and well being of the general public. Individuals who offer community service are known as volunteers. However, those are required to do so by the school, the government or a court cannot be termed as volunteers, since they are not doing the service out of their own will. The more hours people spend doing community work, the more the service will help them in realizing their educational, social and developmental goals.
