My favorite sport is football. In America people called it Soccer. But I like to call it Football. It has been my favorite sport almost for 10 years, when I was 15 years old, and it still is, even though I’m not practicing it anymore. Nowadays, most of people in the world like football,so it is called the king of sports. Why do people like it? I think the most reason is it easy to play. You can play football every where if you just have a ball with the right size. Not only men play football but also women can play. There is the World Champion for men players each 4 years, and for Women as well. In addition, football have a big attraction. When World cup took place, a large number of millions people watched it on TV and saw it directly. Now there are many football club in each country, even district, school in the world. In the football today there are much more money involved, especially in sponsors. But player also cost a lot, There are many players as C.Ronaldo, Beckham, Zidane who cost over 50 million euro, even over 100 million euro. Many big and famous club have large stadiums with alot of fan in all over the world. They can get a great number of billion US dollar from broadcasting copywrite every year and a big avenue from sponsors and advertising. That prove the attration of football. To me, I like football because it's a useful, healthful, collective but competitive sport. I like overenthusiastic air on stadium on each match. Anyways football always is the most favorite sport of mine.

In our daily life, we rely on many materials. Wood, metal, glass and plastics all have environmental consequences. Think about the impact of every product you use. For example, the lighter an object, the less fuel is required to transport it. A heavy suitcase in the boot of a car will require the car to consume more fuel during its journey. The same goes for all product packaging. Therefore, buying food wrapped in lightweight materials thus helps the environment.
The energy is precious, including renewable and non-renewable energy. Therefore, we need save energy. As a student, we should turn off the lights when leaving or going out to save electricity. Moreover, we should use low energy light bulbs. Finally, we should avoid using cars or motorbikes for short trips. In sum, I hold the view that we should "turn off when not using".

I have some plans for this summer. I am going to the beach for about a week. Swimming in the sea always makes me feel most comfortable. I am going to sit in the sun to have beautiful sunburn. I am going to build castles in the sand, which I am very good at. I am going to pick up a lot of pretty shells. I have got an amazing collection of shells and I am very proud to show them to my friends. I am going to take a lot of photos. Well, that's going to be a wonderful holiday of mine! I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold
