I come from America, and last month I had an unforgettable trip to Vietnam. Needless to say, Vietnamese people are one of the best ones that I had ever met. The first thing that I love about them is they are very friendly and hospitable. I lost my ways several times in Ho Chi Minh City, and there were always someone who enthusiastically showed me the right directions without hesitating. They talked to me in a joyful way, and they did not seem to be bothered by foreign tourists. When I took the motorbike service to go to my hotel, the rider helped me to pack all of my stuff stably without complaining how heavy they were, and he talked to me, showed me some interesting places to visit. Second, Vietnamese people seem to have kind hearts. I know there are bad and good people everywhere, but luckily I met some very good people during my trip. I once drop my wallet on a cab, and I were freaking out because I put all of my paper in there. I had a negative thought that people rarely return what they had picked up, and I also left an amount of money in my wallet. However, the driver had returned and gave back my property. He even told me to be careful next time, and he refused to take any gift except my thank you. There were many things that I love about Vietnamese people, they are kind, friendly, active, and they always help other people. I had come to many different countries, but I had to admit that they were some of the most interesting people. Vietnam has a lot of attractive places to visit, but Vietnamese are also a big plus for tourists to remember about this beautiful country.

The establishment of the National Park not only maintained its determination to protect the biodiversity of Vietnam, but also creating eco-tourist destination attracting visitors that any love nature and want to period of time living there, but sociable, close to beautiful nature.
Coming to the National Park, you not only look at the vast landscape that has been spectacular moments interesting and useful to understanding animal population is very diverse and rich with many kinds of precious rare and unique.

Over time we live and develop, each of us will choose a unique habit. My friends have a habit of playing games on the weekends. Personally, I have a habit of reading in my free time every day. This habit of mine is formed from the shape of my hobby. Since childhood I have enjoyed reading. The types of books that I often read are books about life, manners, and economics. Ever since I could read, I have always enjoyed reading. However, when I was a kid, the kind of books I read were usually comic books. Currently, studying time is quite busy so I don’t have a fixed time for reading. However, whenever I have time I will read. I usually carry a book that I am half-reading in my bag. This ensures I can read ns anywhere and at any suitable time. I think the habit of reading has helped me improve myself a lot. In the future I will keep this useful habit. If you are free, you can practice reading habits like me.

Water pollution is among one of the most concerning problem facing the world today. There are some causes of water pollution. The first reason is the daily activities of everyone when somebody disposes the waste in wrong places. Besides, the the operation of the plant also pollutes the water, because industrial waste water has not been treated. Moreover, increasing population is creating many issues but it also plays negative role in polluting the water. It leads to increase in solid waste generation, which is discharged in to rivers. These actions are ideal conditions for bacterial, viral and parasitic diseases. They are spreading through polluted water and affecting human health. To solve the problems, there should be proper waste disposal system and waste should be treated before entering in to river. Educational and awareness programs should be organized to control the pollution.

Nowadays, big cities are facing with air pollution, one of the most serious global issues. One of the causes is vehicular traffic. The combustion of the automobile fuel whether it is diesel or petrol, that powers a vehicle, leads to the release of poisonous gases released through the exhaust of the vehicle. Smoke generated by factories is also let out into the air leading to pollution. Moreover, the burning of fossil fuels such as coal, as also the burning of wood for cooking, and of farm wastes lead to harmful smoke polluting the air. Air pollution always has bad effects on our life. People around the world are suffering from respiratory and cardiac problems, and diseases such as cancer affecting other organs of the body too. To improve the air quality, people should plant more trees and use pubic transports instead of private vehicles.

this is the recipe for making turmeric sticky rice(yellow sticky rice):
-firstly, soak the sticky rice with water for more than 5 hours.
-then, rinse the rice and drain it
-next, mix the rice well with turmeric extract for 10 mins

Hi everybody. my name is Như today I will show you how to cook sticky rice. We need to prepare the following items: 500 grams of glutinous rice, 250 grams of peeled green beans, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil. First, the purchased rice is washed and then soaked for 8 hours. To save time in the morning, you should soak the rice overnight. After soaking, wash the rice again and then add salt and mix well. Next, soak the green beans for 4 hours, then mix them with salt and then steam them until cooked. Mix green beans with glutinous rice, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to make the rice smooth, shiny and not sticky. Put glutinous rice and beans in the steaming tray of the rice cooker, remember to pour a lot of water below the rice cooker so that there is no shortage of water. Nha Trang, the capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest of the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests.
