We can do many things to keep our school clean. We can plant trees to make our school greener, the air is fresher. We also can put the rubbish in the rubbish bin. It will crease the air pollution, soil pollution. We also can clean up the classrooms, clean the floors, etc. These things will make our school cleaner.
Even in the era of social distancing, we can still connect with our neighbors and offer support to those in need.

As cities and towns ask their residents to stay home to slow the virus’ spread, many of us are grappling with how to be there for each other when we can’t be near each other. Our work at Earthjustice continues without interruption. Staff members nationwide are forging ahead in a remote capacity and sharing ideas to safely connect with our neighbors and offer assistance to those most affected by the pandemic. Here are eight ways we are supporting our communities that we hope will be helpful for your own local efforts:
GIVE FIVE, WAVE FIVE“One thing I have been doing is making a $5 donation at the grocery check-out every time I shop now. Food banks are struggling, and even with my husband closing his acupuncture clinic we can afford $5. It's small, but it feels good. Another micro-action I have been doing is waving and saying hi to neighbors, through the window if they walk by or across the street if we are outside shoveling snow or taking out trash at the same time. We have a number of older neighbors too, and isolation is hard. Small acts of kindness go a long way.” – Karilyn
TRANSIT(ION) TO DONATION“Since I’m not using public transit money for a while I’m cancelling my transit order and allocating the funds from that to donations to arts orgs, mutual aid organizing groups, and restaurant gift certificates. It feels good.” – Emily J.
CONVERSATIONS WITH DOGS“On my walks, it has seemed like many folks are avoiding conversation and eye contact (maybe it’s just me), but I’ve been going out of my way to say hello and just try to connect... it seems important to make sure we don’t forget how to be humans while also keeping distance. I’ve also waved at dogs. They appear to be into it.” – Ali W.
WHOLESALE ORDER UP!“I just ordered a 25-pound box of produce from a family-run produce wholesaler here in LA. All their customers are restaurants who cancelled all their orders. So they’re selling direct and will even deliver to keep their staff employed. They expressed a lot of gratitude for the support so their business can remain throughout this crisis. Not sure how widespread this is but it might be worthwhile to look out for this in your neighborhood.” – Linda
MASKS FOR ALL“I’m doing an N95 and surgical mask drive for some doctor friends at Kaiser who are starting to ration them. If you have any boxes/packages to spare (maybe some unused from our last wildfire season, or some you bought for a home project you never got around to), I can — carefully — pick them up from your porch and do a delivery. So far we’ve got about 20 unopened N95 masks for delivery.” – Zoe
DINE INSIDE“It’s a tiny thing, but we’ve been ordering food from local restaurants (even though we have a stocked pantry!) to try to support them. Making sure we can do either curbside pickup or contactless delivery (to protect them and us from potential transmission) and tipping a ton.” – Nick R.

- The first university in Vietnam is Temple of Literature. The Temple of Literature was built in 1070 under the reign of Emperor Ly Thanh Tong to honor Confucius and later used as a royal school, where Emperor Ly Nhan Togn studied when he was a five-year-old children. Nowadays, it's about 10 minutes away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The Temple is divided into five courtyards. The first courtyard is from the main gate to Dai Trung Gate. The second is Khue Van Pavilion. The pavilion symbol is used on all street signs of Ha Noi. The third courtyard is the place where doctorate names were listed on the stone tablets above tortoise backs. Theb fourth courtyard is dedicated for Confucius and his 72 honored students. The last is also the farthest courtyard is Thai Hoc House, which was used as the Imperial Academy.

- Having a good health is very important to us. It takes a long time for you to know about disease so you need to stay healthy. Anyway, there are lots of ways to have a better life. You can go swimming, play sports, do exercises,..they will help you a lot. Doing exercises is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.

Everybody loves their school, and I'm not an exception. To me, my school is a very beautiful and ideal place for students to study and live in. However, it is the user that decides whether a thing lasts long or not. The same goes to places, and in order to continue studying in such a good school like mine, we as users must conserve and protect its environment. To begin with, we must understand the whole concept of "green". So what do I mean by "green"? It doesn't just mean a color, it also means eco-friendliness and cleanness. "Green" reflects the state of being free from rubbish and being unharmful to the environment thanks to having very little litter. Currently, our school covers a vast area of land filled with trees, and as a result, students gain a lot of benefits from them. Trees have addressed many issues at my school, like the need for fresh air (they take in carbon dioxide and produce oxygen), and they provide the cool shades students enjoy during hot summer days. However, nothing stays the same forever, so actions must be taken in order to keep our school green. Although the school has a team of cleaners, they cannot manage all by themselves. We - the students - should join hands with them. Sure, students can help by planting trees, cleaning the school playground, saving electricity, etc., but sometimes, it is the smallest things that matter. Helping is important, but the will to keep the school clean is even more important. The only way students will help without being forced to is to persuade them, telling them how bad the situation will be when the school isn't green, and how it will affect them. Moving on, if I were the principal of our school, I would try to raise funds for eco-friendly projects, cooperating with environmental organizations and establishing a green team for the school. Not only that, I would also organize classes and events where students can learn about Going Green. On the whole, I believe that making my school green is an essential job that would greatly and positively affect the environment as well as the people working and studying there. Therefore, each and every one of us must play a role in protecting the school's environment. Being green is not only the benefit of the school, but of our own.
