My name is Duyen, and I am the only son in my family. I am a 4th – year law student, and I am currently studying in Ho Chi Minh City. My little family has four people, and we live in Vinh Long province. The house is always filled with my dad’s laughter, my mother’s warm voice and my sister’s playfulness.
My father is a retired police officer, and he is working as a defense education teacher in our local high school. Perhaps he had to due with years of hard training in the military; my father is finally comfortable to show his humor in the teaching environment. In the first look, he is a tough man; but actually he is very emotional and funny. Dad is a solid pillar and a great spiritual supporter for the whole family.
Unlike him, my mother is a gentle but strict woman. Like many other women, my mother always takes care and sacrifices the best things for us. She is both our close friends and tutor in study and some private problems.
My sister is going to be a high school student soon. She is doing very well at school, and she is always rewarded by the school. She starts to look like a mature girl, unlike the little monkey that always sticks to me like the previous years.
This summer I cannot go home to visit my family and play with my sister because I am about to graduate. I miss them a lot, and I hope that all will be over soon so I can return home and work near my beloved family.

My name is Mai. I am 12 years old. I am from Vietnam. I live in Minh Duc village. I’m in 7A class at Phan Boi Chau secondary school. I’m very interested in learning English. There are four people in my family : my parents, my brother and me. In my free time, I often listen to music, read the novels. My favourite subject is Biology and Literature because it's easy and interesting. I dislike Math because it's very difficult and complex. I'm single, so I want to a best friend with me share when I'm boring, sad and happy. I like swimming and traveling. My favourite food is beef noodle soup, lemonade and cake. In the future, I hope will be a famous singer because I like singing very much. I want to go to the Japan because there is very beautiful and romantic. I want to have many friends. Hello, my name is Thuy. I'm elven years old. I live with my family in Phuoc loc Village.I was born in Tuy Phuoc District . My family has four members such as my parents, my sister and me. I study at Phuoc Loc Two Primary School and it's also my second home. Everyone at school is very friendly and helpful. My hometown is in Phu Cat District and my home town is very peaceful, everyone is hospitable .My favourite subject are English and Music and I am good at them.My favourite sport is badminton. I always play badminton at the weekend. In my free time, I often listen to music and watch TV. I am very interested in studying EnglishI singing and drawing ,too. Da Lat city is the provincial capital of Lam Dong Province, is located on the Lam Vien Plateau, Central Highlands, Vietnam.
