What kinds of food do you like ? My favourite food is Pho. Pho is the most popular food and it plays an important part in the spirit of Vietnamese people, especially the people who live in Ha Noi are always proud of Ha Noi Pho. Nem Ran or Cha Gio (Fried Spring Roll)
Nem Ran is one of the special dishes in Viet Nam. It is called Nem Ran in Ha Noi and Cha gio in Ho Chi Minh. Nem Ran is easy to prepare.
