With the use of modern technology, sky cycling will be able to help us many things and it will make our life become better. Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.
Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.
Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.
In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.

I have many hobbies, but I like reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words.I star to reading book when i in grade 3.my brother inspired me to do that.I usualy share my hobby with my friend and my english teacher.By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity and I will keep this hobby forever.

“Stuffed sky rice cake” is one the most traditional special foods for the lunar new year in Viet Nam. The pork is usually seasoned with pepper & salt for several hours. Banh Chung is boiled for 6 or 8 hours. I making paintings with water colours as also oil colours. Paintings made with oil colours take time to make and get ready as the oils are slow in drying up. There is however a certain richness of colour in an oil painting. Water colours are quick to dry. I find the effect of water colours very soothing.
Abstracts are my favourite themes for painting. But there is meaning in the abstracts I make. They are not just a splash of colour. The abstracts I make are meaningful. I love to share the representations of my abstracts with those who ask to know it. When the meanings of abstracts are seen the paintings can be appreciated. Often the meanings of abstracts are not easy to decipher. But the coming together of colour and form in a painting is in itself beautiful.
I also making portraits. I to sit before a person and make their portrait. But this may not be possible always. I sketch portraits in black pen or in pencil. Portraits are interesting to make. I have made portraits of some celebrities and have had the opportunity to go and meet with them and have the portraits autographed by them. On a couple of occasions celebrities have wanted to have the picture with my signature. Such occasions humbled me.
Sometimes I make caricatures too. These are fun to make. They add a dash of humour to the portrait of a person. Subjects of my caricature drawings have never been offended by my work. They have d my work and have praised it.
I find making drawings and paintings very rejuvenating. When I am lonely and bored my canvas and paper, tubes and bottles of colour and brushes give me wonderful company in a beautiful and colourful way.
