Topic 2 : A couple of months ago I went to the Greek island of Crete. We stayed in a town called Xania, which is on the coast in the north west of Crete. It is a really picturesque town with small cobbled streets, a large harbour and many ancient buildings. I went there with my husband Brendan for a one-week holiday. We got there by various means of transport, taking a train to the airport, then a four-hour flight, followed by a twenty-minute taxi ride from the airport to where we were staying. The whole journey took around eight hours from door to door, which was a bit longer than we expected it to take, although we didn't have any major delays, thank goodness. I enjoyed my stay there very much, as I had not had a holiday for ages and needed to switch off from working. We didn't do much sightseeing, although Xania itself has a long and fascinating history so went to the local museum in order to learn more about it. I spent a lot of time reading books and swimming in the sea, which I must admit was quite a lot colder than I thought it would be. I also enjoyed eating the delicious Cretan food, and walking around the ancient streets in the town. One of the things I enjoyed the most was going to a restaurant called Xalkina, where they had live Cretan music every night. The musicians were playing instruments that I had never seen before, and I loved the style and tempo of the music they played. I would definitely like to go back to Crete one day, though next time I would probably make more effort to see the amazing sights of the rest of Crete.

I live in the countryside so my fashion is very simple. I only like my shorts and T-shirt when I'm at school and at school I wear school uniforms when I go to class. I think the pants will help me to shield the sun and wear is also cool. T-shirts help me feel comfortable wearing. School uniforms make me feel good and fit my age.

My favourite thing about the dress is that it has lots of pockets so it's really convenient to wear around and about because it means sometimes I don't even need to take a bag with me. I also get lots of compliments from my friends whenever I wear it, which is always a good confidence boost. What's funny is that this fashion trend is very similar to what people wore back in the 1990s, in fact I've even found some old photographs of myself from when I was little wearing a similar dress. It's amazing how trends come back into style and we start wearing things that were fashionable 20 years ago. I really hope this is a fashion trend that's here to stay as I love wearing my dress so much!

Like a paradise, my room is the only place where I feel free, warm and comfotable for relaxing after a tiring day at school.
My room has simple design and everything looks neat and clear. It's a beautiful room because it is decorated by myself. I use bright color for the wall and blue ties to inspire an intimate feeling to the space. Besides, my room looks warm and airy with two huge windows on the two sides of the room. It's more lovely senery pictures and some lamps on the wall. I like the computer in my room most because it helps me a lot for my study.
In my house I like my room most, I myself can do everything in it. I'm the owner of my own space so I always try to keep it clear and neat.
Topic 2: Talk about types of house you like
Today, there are so many different types of houses or apartments that it is really difficult to decide what type of apartments I would like to live in. However, one thing is for sure that I would want my apartment to be equipped with all kinds of modern amenities and features.
First of all, I want my apartment to be located at a beautiful suburb, having wide streets, a big and clear lake and lots of trees, which wouldn’t be too far away from the city. My apartment should be about 2000 square feet that have 4/5 rooms with one master bedroom. All the rooms should have a spacious balcony attached to them. The apartment should be located on the 4th or 5th floor of a tall building, that has a 24-hour lift or elevator facility and enough empty space around so that I can have a perfect view of my beautiful surroundings from my apartment.

My favorite means of transportation is motorcycle. I usually call it is an iron horse. Nowadays, traffic is very disorderly. The roads are narrow and have many potholes. So I think that motorcycle is a good choice in the current situation. This kind of vehicle is more flexible than cars. In addition, the price of a motorbike is suitable to my salary. The motorcycle is very useful for my life ad my job because it helps me save a lot of time, when I go to school, as well as working. I can control the time easily when riding a motorbike to my student’s houses for tutoring. In the past, I used to ride my motorbike from HCMC to my hometown in HauGiang province and return. Now, it is still necessary to me. I have been driving it for more than 10 years. Although there is dangerous when I attend in traffic, I still love riding a motorcycle. I know that because infrastructure in our country is not very good, traffic jams or accidents often happen when many kinds of transportation means attend on narrow streets at the same time. Anyway, I think that not only me but also a lot of people like to ride motorbikes like me. In short, motorcycle is the most popular transportation means vehicle in our country.

My favorite means of transport is bicycle. First,it is beneficial to my health. I'm very busy in doing working and lack physical exercise. Riding a bicycle provides me with such an opportunity. Besices,it's quite convenient. In my city, there are many traffic jams. However,riding a bike is different because you will never be bothered by the rush hour. Third, it makes me throughly enjoy the natural life. I can take a breathe of fresh air freely, riding in the sunshine under the blue sky and white clound. I feel very content.Another reason is that it helps to protect our environment . It does not produce pollution. This is very important in big cities. I ofter ride my bicycle to department stores of supermarkets. On weekends, I go to the countryside withmy family by bicycle. We ride for about one hour before we arrive at our destination, and then we begin to enjoy our life.

My favorite kind of music is pop. Actually, i like all kinds of music. but the most favorite part is pop. That is because most people listen to music. Pop music is the most common music around us. It has a good point, we can listen to it easily, and we find it simple. Those reasons make me interested, so I like pop music. My favorite pop musician is Justin Timberlake. He was one of the members in a teen pop group. But now he has a solo album. His songs are dance music but i like his voice and dance. I support the idea that a singer's voice is an important point in pop music. When I choose a song, I focus on the singer's voice style. also in my iPOD I have lots of songs; nearly all lists are pop music, but most of them are Korean pop music.

Pop is my favorite music, and I like it for some reasons. Firstly, it relieves stress. Whenever I feel down or tired, I usually listen to pop music to relax or fall asleep. Then, my feelings actually become better. Secondly, music helps me to make friends. In my university, I have found many new friends who have the same passion for music. When we have free time, we usually talk about a song and sing it together. As a result, the number of my friends is increasing significantly. Finally, music also helps me to work more effectively. It is true that I am very lazy of cleaning my room, but when I listen to a pop song, I do very well and fast. In brief, music is an important part of my life. It brings many changes to me, so I see music as a friend of me.

I am one of those young people who have a rather special fashion style. I was a pretty naughty kid. I like new things and unique styles. However, the style that I like the most is the sporty style. With this fashion style, I have quite a lot of personality suits. I like to wear a crop top and wide leg pants with a pair of sneakers. I can wear a watch or a briefcase of the same color. With this suit I can work comfortably. At the same time, I can show off my small waist. Fashion is a part of life. We can choose any fashion style we like. Over time we live and develop, each of us will choose a unique habit. My friends have a habit of playing games on the weekends. Personally, I have a habit of reading in my free time every day.
This habit of mine is formed from the shape of my hobby. Since childhood I have enjoyed reading. The types of books that I often read are books about life, manners, and economics. Ever since I could read, I have always enjoyed reading. However, when I was a kid, the kind of books I read were usually comic books. Currently, studying time is quite busy so I don’t have a fixed time for reading. However, whenever I have time I will read. I usually carry a book that I am half-reading in my bag. This ensures I can read ns anywhere and at any suitable time.
I think the habit of reading has helped me improve myself a lot. In the future I will keep this useful habit. If you are free, you can practice reading habits like me.

1,My favourite TV programme is 'The Voice Kids'.It is on VTV3 channel.It ons at 9 p.m every sunday. It about the singing competition of the children less than 15 years old. It has four judges to comment the songs of the contestant. I like it because it very interesting and it helps me relax after hard study.

1.Everybody likes to watch TV and everybody has a favourite TV programme. I want to tell you about my favourite TV programme. I like to watch TV programme "Week of sports" very much, because I like sport. My favourite kind of sports is HOCKEY! I also like tennis and football. In this programme it is told about hockey, tennis. footbal and other kind of sports. That`s why I like it very much. It is told about all events of sports. "Week of sports" is very interesting and faseinating. I recommend to watch it.
