Restrict or eliminate sodas and other sugar-added drinks that are high in calories and contain few or no nutrients.
If you drink alcoholic beverages, do so in moderation. Drink only when it doesn't put you or anyone else at risk.

My favorite sport is volleyball. I have been passionate about this sport since I was a boy. Growing up, I used to play with my friends after school every hour. We got together on the volleyball court in the school, then split into two teams to play. Every team tries to score points by hitting the ball over the net, and the ball must touch inside the field. If the team bounces off the pitch, the score belongs to the other team. Additionally, each team can get points when their opponent makes a mistake. When it comes to sports, there are a variety of types of interesting sports but the one I love best is badminton. Long time i met you... how are you? today i am going to write to tell you about the city that i am living. the place where i live is a city of northern Vietnam, it's Ha Noi city! In my city , there are many interesting things. the streets here are always busy, and i really like that noise. Don't think that in the city there won't be no fresh air like in your home town , in the morning you can walk by the lakeside to enjoy the cool breeze and watch the artisans something sit by the lake to finance. In addition, you can go to the small restaurants here to enjoy the delious foods in Hanoi or go to the streets to hang out. A bustling cheese wall will also mean a lot of traffic jams, and there are many factories here, so the air in many ares is not clean. Even so, i love my city very much! Do you love your city? I cartoon Tom ang Jerry on VTV1 channel .It's on at 18:00 .It's about a cat. Its name is Tom ang a little mouse .Its name is Jerry.Tom wants to catch Jerry to it but he only hurts or competes with Jerry . I Tom because it's very stupid but funny and Jerry's very intelligent and cool.
I watching TV so much. I spend 1-3 hours watching TV everyday. I Mr.Bean best. It's on HBO at 8pm from Monday to Friday. Mr.Bean is so awful but he's funny. Sometimes, he is very intelligent and creative. An episode lasts 30-45 minutes. My father often watches with me so he also loves it. What an interesting film!!!!!!!!!!!!!
