My favorites are fried rice with vegetables and chicken curry with salad. In fact, this is the most popular menu in our country. First, the rice is boiled in water, then the rice is boiled with chicken, vegetables and oil. What I love to eat is a very familiar to young people in Vietnam, and it is sweetened porridge. This is what most of children in the countryside wait for their mothers to bring home after they go to the market. There are many different versions of this food, and each region has the own way to make it. We can also add in the sweet potato, banana, corn, or lotus seed. They do not seem to match each other at first, but actually they can make a really good combination. Although they look different, but after all they are snacks that most Vietnamese people love. Besides, they can have positive impacts on our health if we know how to cook them properly. For example, the corn and sweet potato porridge are good for our digestive system, and the lotus seed porridge helps us to cool down our body. They are mainly made of natural ingredients, so I think they are better for us to eat than other junk foods. Sweetened porridge is one of the traditional dishes of Vietnam, and we easily come across them at some events such as Tet holiday, Mid autumn festival, Mid year festival, the first birthday party of a baby etc. A lot of them have their own meanings. For example, the sweet rice ball with green bean filling means reunion or the red bean porridge means luck and success. This is not just a simple dish, it is also a soul of Vietnamese cuisine. When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. If you drink a lot, you will be deficient in vitamins, obese, prone to cardiovascular diseases,… Coke is bad, but I still like its taste. Therefore, I only drink when I really crave it. Today, I want to tell you about my favourite food. My favourite food is spaghetti. The ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. I eat spaghetti the first when I was six years old. At weekend, my mother often cooks spaghetti for my family. Spaghetti is very delicious! Spaghetti has many nutrients good for health. I love spaghetti!

My favorite room in the house is my bedroom. I like it not only because is my room but also it's like asecret holy place to me.I live in the second floor in my house, we call it attic. The roof of my room ismade of wood. My walls are white and I've got wooden floors. Upon entering the door, you will find a largebook shelf in the right hand;it's full of my books. On the left of the book shelf, it'sa wall closet. In the leftof the room, my king size bed is there. With night table on the right side and a lot of cute toy stand on it.Most of them are gift from my friends and family members. In my bed, there is some bedside reading; tothe left of the bed is a long desk where I study on it. In the roof, there is a window, which is a uniquewindow in my house. My all furniture is made of origin wood which is helpful to the environment. Mostimportantly,I decorate my room by myself. Apart from the furniture, there are still many green plants inmy room which makes it looks more nature and good view.I like my room very
much.I like to stay there do some reading and enjoy the afternoon time withsunshine by myself.It's like a secret place to me, let me hair down. Some night, when I sleep on thebed,.I can even enjoy the star or the moon through the window.It's a wonderful thing to me.

My favourite subject in school is English. It is quite easy and pleasant to study it. English is used in each field of life and it is useful to know it.
Most of web sides are in English. It is nice to be able to use such a sides like yahoo, msn and english Wikipedia. I can get a lot of information and news, which are not available on polish sides.
I can use english books and magazines. Sometimes I like to download e-books and magazines in pdf. It is effectively way to study English in home. Using English I can communicate with many peoples. I can use Skype and ICQ to talk and chat and get new contacts. I can use many applications and play games. I have used Windows XP and Office for two months and it was quite easy. Most of movies are in English. I like to watch them without subtitles. If I can I always switch the polish dubbing off ? I hate it.
The last advantage to know English is I can talk with all people talking English. This holidays when I was in Gdańsk somebody asked all people: ?Do you speak English?? Everybody talked ?No? and ?Nie wiem o co chodzi.?. When she came to me and asked the question ?Do you speak English?? I could say ?Yes, how can I help you?? She told ?How can I get to the bus station?? I told ?Can you see this building? The station is behind it. Please go this way?. She smiled to me and walked away. I was happy that I could help.
As you can see English is useful in life. All of us study it in everyday situations and activities. The language is quite simple and logic. I use it all the time. This is why I like English and it is my favourite subject in school

I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I have been eating Pho for about 20 years, and I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

Đã là trẻ con ai cũng phải có đồ chơi. Sinh nhật hồi em bước lên lớp một, bố đã tặng em một con búp bê rất xinh xắn và đáng yêu. Con búp bê của em rất đẹp, em rất yêu quý nó.
Con búp bê được làm bằng nhựa. Con búp bê của em cao khoảng 20cm, nhỏ nhắn, xinh xắn được đặt tên thân mật ở nhà là Lisa. Lisa nhìn bề ngoài rất sang trọng với mái tóc xoăn màu vàng óng ả đúng với phong cách những cô gái phương Tây. Cái môi đỏ và chúm chím cười. Mỗi khi em được nghỉ em thường may áo ấm cho búp bê, buổi tối em học bài thì búp bê nhìn em với ánh mắt trìu mến như nhắc em hãy chăm học. Đôi bàn tay có những ngón tay thon nhỏ như chiếc. Em thường thay đổi kiểu tóc cho nó. Lúc thì tết bím, lúc thì buộc nhỏng lên đỉnh đầu. Em rất thích ru búp bê ngủ và chơi cùng em ấy. Búp bê còn có chỗ để pin đằng sau lưng, khi bỏ pin vào thì búp bê có thể phát ra nhạc rất hay. Em yêu búp bê lắm, em chuẩn bị cho búp bê rất nhiều những bộ váy sặc sỡ đủ màu. Em thường xin mẹ để may cho Lisa những bộ váy đẹp lung linh. Trong đó em thích nhất bộ váy màu hồng phủ lớp kim tuyến lóng lánh. Bàn chân Lisa đi một chiếc giày màu hồng, rất phù hợp với chiếc váy. Đây có thể gọi là điểm nhấn tạo nên sự đặc biệt của nó. Màu hồng luôn mang đến sự nhẹ nhàng, nữ tính và xinh đẹp nhất. Lisa là cô búp bê xinh đẹp nhất trong số những con búp bê của em. Lisa là người bạn tâm sự mỗi khi em vui hay buồn vì khi được ngắm nhìn Lisa, lòng em cảm thấy phấn chấn hơn. Mỗi khi học bài xong, em lại mang búp bê ra chơi. Em trò chuyện với búp bê như người bạn thân thiết. Mỗi tối đi ngủ, em thường ôm nó bên mình.

Trong những món đồ chơi, em thích nhất là con búp bê công chúa. Con búp bê có ngoại hình rất xinh xắn, có mái tóc vàng thắt bím hai bên, trên đầu thắt một chiếc nơ xanh nước biển. Đôi môi đỏ chót cùng với hai gò má hồng hồng trông rất đáng yêu. Búp bê được khoác lên mình một chiếc đầm hồng có đính những hạt đá lấp lánh rất đẹp, chân đi một đôi dép cao màu đen.
Mỗi ngày sau khi đi học về, lúc thời gian rỗi em thường chơi trò mẹ con với búp bê. Em đóng vai mẹ cho búp bê ăn, thay đồ cho búp bê.... Em rất yêu con búp bê, nó không chỉ là món quà sinh nhật của anh trai mà còn là người bạn vui chơi cùng em mỗi ngày. Em sẽ giữ gìn và bảo vệ thật cẩn thận.

Milk has many effects on health such as: Helping children to grow and develop healthily, lose weight faster, beautify the skin … So this is a type of drink recommended by doctors. My mom often makes chocolate milk for me. She adds sugar with milk, adds some liquid chocolates with the blend of sugar and milk and then she adds some cocoa powder. Cuối cùng my mom blends all the ingredients. Making chocolate milk at home is a bit difficult and thus I bought it from stores when my mother was busy. I really like this drink.
