vì câu này cần có động từ tobe,còn từ pitch black thì đã có từ ''như'' ở trong đó rồi
Câu trên sử dụng cấu trúc As if diễn tả tình huống giả định, không có thật trong quá khứ. Với trường hợp này, sau As if động từ tobe sẽ sử dụng là were với tất cả chủ ngữ.
