Nói chung, các chính phủ cần tìm cách thúc đẩy mọi người chịu trách nhiệm về sức khỏe của chính họ. Mọi người cần nhận ra rằng ăn thực phẩm lành mạnh không hề đắt đỏ, và cũng không khó để tự chuẩn bị bữa ăn lành mạnh. Mọi người cần được giáo dục tốt hơn về sức khỏe của họ.
