Singapore is a bustling international city with many high-rise buildings, parks and culturally rich venues. Singapore is also the intersection of the most quintessential beauty from the East and the West.
Singapore is one of the smallest countries in the world and the smallest country in Southeast Asia. Despite its modest area, but with a free trade economy and high quality workforce. Singapore has really gotten a very solid position in the world.
With a complex population of culture, cuisine, art and architecture, Singapore is a dynamic city, rich in color and contrast. It is not wrong to say that Singapore is the intersection of the most quintessential beauty from the East and the West.
As a country located in Asia, but English is used as the official language in Singapore. English is popularized and brought into education from elementary schools here. Most people can speak this international language. From the smallest things, the traffic signs, direction signs ... all use English, which makes it easier for tourists or foreigners to live and work. For students who are not fluent in English, this is a good opportunity for you to contact the English language 24 / 24h.
In conclusion, I love Singapore so much.
English is one of the most popular langues in the world. It comes second inthe number of speakers after Chinese. In Viet Nam, more and more people are studying English, considering it a key to success. However, not everyone knows how to learn English effectively. The best way to improve the four skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing, is to practise regularly. You should make use of every opportunity to speak English with friends in class or at English speaking clubs or even with yourslves in front of the mirror. Learning by heart all the words does not help much if you do not read alot because you will easily forget what you have learnt. Reading books, listening to radio and watching films are better ways to memorize words. Besides, English learners should not be so shy because making mistakes is unavoidable in learning foreign languages. Practicing speaking alot is a good way to correct your mistakes.

"Do you speak English?" means "Are you able to speak English?" or "Do you know the English language well enough to converse in it?"
"Did you speak English?" refers to a past event. It could be used, for example, if someone had been to a language exchange where one of the languages used was English. The person might speak more than one language and you want to know if they spoke English at that event.
"Are you speaking English?" is an odd question. If someone is speaking directly to you, you probably recognise the language they are speaking. It could be used sarcasally. If someone is using very complicated language or technical language and you don't really understand what they're talking about, you could jokingly say "Are you speaking English?" The meaning would be similar to "I speak English. The words you are saying sound English but I can't fathom what you're talking about. It seems you're speaking a foreign language!"
