Topic 1:
The first thing I think it is really necessary to have a healthy life is we know how to take care of our physical health. We should eat well, don't eat to much, eat enough. We should know what allergies do you have, what should we eat. Each morning, we should do more exercise, go jogging. Besides, you also must take care of your mental health, of course. You should think positive, finding good in the others, always smile and be kind to people, to animals and the nature. You should feed your mind with the knowledge, the truth.

Trần Thị Thu Trang: Topic 2 bạn lạc đề rồi nhé. Đề bài là "Việc làm từ thiện mà bạn đã làm" Nhưng bạn đang nói về lợi ích của nó.

Last year, I have done a volunteer work and it has left me a really wonderful impression. This volunteer work is organized by my school. Its name is "Protecting Our Life". There are 3 more schools join with us. The mission lasted for 2 days and we have done many meaningful thing for our community. On the first day, we planted trees in our school yard, in the park and in our street. We divided into teams of 7 members and our team planted about 15 trees in total. That is an amazing number, right? And then we watered all of the trees that we have planted. On the next day or the last day of the mission, we brought our old clothes or the clothes that we can't wear any more to our shool. And then they packed the clothes up and put them in a truck. And the clothes will send to the poor children in the North. We also came and visited the old, the disabled people, the poor family and gave them food and love, empathy, encouragement. I think the the work that our school and I have done is "Making the difference", we are changing our life in a positive way and make our life a better place.
