As you know, there are many different and traditional food in Viet Nam and yellow sticky rice is one of them. Yellow sticky rice is not so difficult to cook if you know the recipe. First, you have to prepare ingredients include 500g sticky rice, three tbsp extract of turmeric, one cup of shredded coconut and 1/4 tsp salt. Then you need to soak sticky rice in water at least five hours. Next you mix well with turmeric extract and wait for 10 minutes. After that, you add coconut, salt and mix well again. After mixing it, you steam it for 30 minutes and check cooked. Finally you serve it with some onions and enjoy it!

In my opinion, living in the countryside has its own pros and cons. According to benefits, it has fresh air, quite environment and friendly neighbors. Firstly, you have a healthy life. There are no dust, no smoke and no traffic jam. The air is fresh and the rain is also very clean. You can get raging water to cook rice and certainly have and tasted meal. Secondly, living in the countryside is peacful. It is very quiet to relax after working or there are many beautiful wide fields and fresh air.Finally, there are no separations in your town. Your neighors are friendly and helpful. They are really best friends. They will help you pleasently if you have trouble. Each problem has its solution anf your neighbors will share it for you. In conclusion, I prefer to live in the countryside, but I don't want to live there permanently.

My favourite food is egg fried rice. To make egg fried rice, you need two bowls of cold cooked rice, two eggs, two green onions (chopped), a half teaspoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. First, heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan. Second, add chopped onions and fry for a few seconds. Next, add cold cooked rice and stir for about 3 minutes. Then, pour beaten egg over the rice and stir quickly until all of the rice grains are coated in egg. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a half teaspoon of pepper and some chopped green onions. You can serve egg fried rice with some vegetables or you can eat with some slices of cucumber. You should serve it warm

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most special dish in this world

There is a super famous comic book series that I am sure most of people in all over the world know, and it is Doraemon. The story is about a robot cat from the future who has to come back to the past to help a small boy to fix his miserable life. That boy is Nobita – a slow and clumsy boy. Doraemon has a small pocket on his belly, but actually it is a magic pocket which can contain countless of things. That is where he stores all of his gadgets from the future, and they help Nobita to overcome the difficulties in his life. Besides the two main characters, Nobita has other friends such as Shizuka, Takeshi, Suneo, Doremi, Dekisugi and many more. Shizuka is Nobita’s crush, and lately she becomes his wife. Takeshi – or also known as Jaian – is the one who always bully Nobita for his silliness, but sometimes he also stands out to protect his friends and family. Suneo is a rich kid, and he is the best assistant of Jaian when bullying Nobita. They fight a lot, but they are kids after all. The comic is not just only a form of entertainment, but it also has many valuable lessons about life. We can learn how to treasure friendship, protect the environment, and stay away from bad things after reading it. Doraemon is my favorite book, and I think there are a lot of people out there also love it like me.
