Làng nghề bát tràng This is a traditional village that has long been famous for pottery, porcelain, ... in the suburbs of Hanoi. At 7:45 am the convoy starts. Not only the students but also the teachers are eager to get to the place quickly. Along the way the students chattering, occasionally excited to see the strange scene: Red River has two massive new horizontal crossing, green muddy hills with buffalos, grazing grass, ... Soon, the car came to Bat Trang. After concentrating on listening to the instructors, students queue up to visit the pottery. Fortunately for our teacher is to visit one of the rare pottery pottery left over in Bat Trang village. Here the pottery is burnt with charcoal. This type of furnace has existed for a long time, but according to the furnace owner said, fired in this type of furnace product quality will not be the same but the workers are very hard. So, nowadays, most of the village has switched to gas stoves. Handcrafted ceramic kiln consists of three storeys, about 9m high, surrounded by charcoal, firewood and even bags for storing. It is called a bag, but it is made from fireproof ground, shaped like a millstone. The furnace owner said that in order to get the product sold to the market, she must be baked for 3 days. Uncle also describe us the steps to make a ceramic product: kneading soil, molding, drying, painting, dipping enamel, burning, ... Listen is simple but at every stage requires the potter must be very clever, sometimes even to the level of sophistication.

A story: Turtle and rabbit
On a beautiful autumn morning, on one side of the river a forest with a turtle is practically running. Rabbit passing by, see that laughing turtle:
- Sluggishly like slug but also run!
Play rabbit said so, Tortoise sad but calm reply:
- Do not mock me. You try to compare a wrong?
Rabbits with bearded beard:
- You dare run with me? Be right. I will take you half way. Come on!
Turtles do not say half a word. He knew he was slow. People have said: "Slow as a turtle". So, when the order was issued, the turtle moved step by step, rabbits chuckled. He thought: "It is necessary to hurry, wait for the Tortoise to reach the end, I just fired a win is already won." Thought that, rabbits we go to chase butterfly, cut flowers, look at heaven and earth as nothing happens.
Suddenly thought of the contest, looked up to see the Turtle to the destination, Rabbit hurry yellow gold tripod trip four feet away as a streak shot. But not anymore, Turtle has come to the destination long.
The story of "Turtles and Rabbits" has left us with a profound lesson: no self-esteem, no bragging boast, knowing who you know, persistence in everything will succeed.
Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really like the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.
Each person has their own interest and nothing gives me such a great pleasure to travel around. Among the places I have been to, the trip to Mai Chau (Hoa Binh) with my class is the most deepest impression on me.
I got on the coach at 1pm and it took about 5 hours to reach Mai Chau. It is a stunningly mountainous region of Hoa Binh province, in the heart of a beautiful valley. My friends were all well- dressed together with a sweet smile on their joyful faces and made full preparations for an overnight trip. After the tour guide introduced generally about schedule of the trip, my class played games and had a talk with each other to leave all strains behind and started a new journey. On the way, we stopped in Thung Khe pass to take a rest before heading to Mai Chau. I immersed myself in the charming scenes to admire the magnificent views of mountains as well as enjoy the cool and cloudy weather there. At 6.15 pm, we arrived in Mai Chau and walked along a small road to go into Lac village. The image of carefully constructed stilt houses immediately amazed me so much. After having dinner at a small restaurant, we followed the tour guide to reach a large empty space to play games and organize campfire. Our class had a truly relaxing and joyful evening with each other. On the next morning, we were allowed to visit Poom Cong village to discover unique culture of ethnic minority and the traditional customs of the local. In addition, I was strongly impressed by warm welcome of Thai people; they were simple, amiable and hospitable. I also had a chance to put on the outfits of Thai people and saw beautiful patterned cloth in bags, blankets, cushions and other lovely items produced by Thai girls with skillfulness and diligence. Before leaving, I bought some souvenirs as gifts for my family and relatives.
After a day full of happiness, we prepared to return home. It was such a short but specially meaningful trip that connected us and our youth altogether.

I write about PHO
This simple staple consisting of a salty broth, fresh rice noodles, a sprinkling of herbs and chicken or beef, features predominately in the local diet. Pho is cheap, tasty, and widely available at all hours. The Hanoi and Saigon styles of pho differ by noodle width, sweetness of broth, and choice of herbs.
