We all know the popular saying “Health is Wealth”. By health we do not mean the absence of physical troubles only. But it is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. The loss of health is a loss of all happiness. Mahatma Gandhi also says, “It is health which is real wealth, and not pieces of gold and silver”.
Health is more important than wealth. A rich person can afford various luxuries of life such as a big car, large house, costly accessories, air-conditioners, etc. But, he can enjoy these luxuries only if his health is good.
Good health depends on several things. Fresh air and sunlight are very important for our health. Fresh air helps us to improve our immune system and overall health. So a morning walk is very useful for health.
Sunlight helps our body to produce vitamin-D. A dirty and damp atmosphere causes lots of diseases. Fresh and pure drinking water is also necessary for good health. Impure drinking- water is the cause of several diseases. So, we must take care of these things.
Food is another necessary thing for the body. Nutritious foods helps us to maintain good health. Consumption of healthy foods helps us to minimize any health related problems. We all should know, how, when and what to eat.
We should always include a portion of green vegetables, fruits or salads in our meal. Green vegetables are sources of vital nutrients. Our digestive system plays a key role in our overall health. Fiber rich foods such as whole grain wheat, bran rice, etc. help us improve our digestive system.
A balanced and nutritious diet helps the proper growth of the body. But we must remember that we eat to live and not that we live to eat. In India, over-eating causes a large number of deaths. If we eat less, we may live more.
Health is a great treasure. It is the highest blessing. It is the source of all happiness. Money can’t buy happiness. Happiness is priceless and not dependent upon the wealth of a person. Good health, however, contribute to the emotional well-being and happiness of a person. Even with limited income, a person with sound health can lead a happy and enjoyable life.
Food poisoning is a very big problem which we can't dissemble now. It causes by dirty food so how can we know what fresh food like. First, we need to know where is it comes from and is it a famed place. The second, the color of fresh food look very natural and bright. The last, fresh food tastes very good and delicious.

Bài luận kể về chuyến đi nha trang bằng tiếng anh
Essay on my trip to Nha Trang city
My first visit to Nha Trang, a coastal city in Vietnam, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.
Nha Trang, the Capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so attractive. Waves crashing onto the cliffs; the soft sigh of the sea breeze; clean white sands and turquoise waters; it all makes for a marvelous landscapes. It’s no accident that Nha Trang is often compared to a Mediterranean City. During my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance of breathing in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest among the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests. Tri Nguyen island is the location of an outdoor aquarium housing more than 400 species of fish, crustaceans and other marine life.
That trip, I spent the whole day roaming the Ponaga Cham towers. These ancient Hindu temples were built from the 7th to 12th century. Many of the sandstone statues from this time still remain among the red brick towers, typical of Cham architecture.
Nha Trang is the city in harmony: its fine weather, favorite position and friendly people bring it a certain balance. Nha Trang is a perfect tourist destination. As I left, I was reminded of one reason I the place so much. I hope to have chance to come back.
Hoi An is an ancient town down the Thu Bon River, on the coastal plain of Quang Nam Province, for about 30 km south of Da Nang City. Hoi An used to be known as the international market with many different names such as Lam Ap, Faifo, Hoai Pho and Hoi An is the most common one now.
What is special about Hoi An is that this little port town is in an incredible state of preservation. It includes some of the most densely-concentrated sights in Viet Nam with its old streets which are bordered with ancient houses and assembly halls, its pagodas, temples, ancient wells and tombs. In total, there are more than a thousand places of interest. The architecture in Hoi An is characterized by a harmonious blend of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese culture. After many centuries, Hoi An is still respectful of its traditions, folk festivals, beliefs and of its sophisated culinary art. Located in a quiet environment, Hoi An is surrounded by peaceful villages famous for crafts such as carpentry, bronze making, ceramic…
Researchers said that most of the buildings in Hoi An underwent restoration at the beginning of the 19th century, even if some of them might be constructed long time ago. The ancient architecture is shown most clearly in the Ancient Town that is located in Minh An Ward. It covers about 2 square kilometers and almost of all famous relics in Hoi An are gathered here. The streets are very short and narrow, having a winding, crossing as the chessboard style. The topography of the ancient town tilt gradually from north to south. The buildings in the old town are built mostly with traditional materials such as: brick, wood and no more than two floors. The trace of time is able to find not only on the architectural design of each building but also everywhere : on the yin-yang roof tiles covered with moss and plants; the old gray mold walls; the pictures carved on a strange animal, or describing an old story… Having inherited a multi-cultural architecture which is so varied and sophisated, Hoi An must have attracted numerous and talented workers in carpentry, ceramics, and woodcarving from China, Japan and other regions of Viet Nam.
For centuries, Hoi An had developed into a melting pot of various nationalities who came to the area, and brought along their own cultures. Accordingly, Hoi An features the co-existence of indigenous customs and habits and those imported by foreign settlers.
There are a lot of activities that you can do in your leisure time. Some people are so tired of work that they prefer to use their free time just for resting and sleeping. Others spend their free time on their favourite activities. For example, they listen to music, play their favourite musical instrument, go on a picnic, take a trip, go to the nature and enjoy the fresh air, hang out with their friends, go partying, go shopping, visit their relatives, spend some time with their kids and play games with them, read and write, watch TV, watch movies or cartoons, go to the theatre, surf the net, cook, do some gardening, etc. Some people me choose sports to enjoy their free time. Among different kinds of sports, I prefer basketball. When you play basketball with your team mates you have a chance to get rid of all the negative energies that are piled up in you throughout work or study time. Your body is wholly involved. Basketball involves both your mind and your body. It’s an extremely physical activity, so that even your finger tips have to be strong. In basketball you need both stamina and speed to be a successful player. It’s not that important if you’re not tall. Your strength is of much more importance. Both feet and hands must be strong. Even you need to be wise in this game. If you know where to stand so that your rival has a weak chance of blocking you, you’ll more successfully get close to the basket to shoot and score. Basketball is a team work and this is what I the most about this sport. You learn how to cooperate with other team mates. Sometimes, you need to sacrifice yourself by blocking the rival so that your team mate can find space to go to the basket and score. Passing the ball to other members of your team makes the chance of winning higher and higher.

Besides our study, Lan is always by my side whenever I feel upset. I tell her everything, and only her can know my true feelings. We have been best friends since our young age, and I will keep this friendship forever.

My favorite sport is volleyball. I have been passionate about this sport since I was a boy. Growing up, I used to play with my friends after school every hour. We got together on the volleyball court in the school, then split into two teams to play. Every team tries to score points by hitting the ball over the net, and the ball must touch inside the field. If the team bounces off the pitch, the score belongs to the other team. Additionally, each team can get points when their opponent makes a mistake. I can name a few common mistakes when playing this sport such as: the ball hits the outside of the bounds, the ball hits the arm or the net, throws the ball away or catches the ball, … Volleyball’s intentions seem quite complicated, but we still love to play the sport. It has helped me improve and exercise my own health. Besides, it also helps me feel more at ease after every stressful class in class. I love playing volleyball because it gave me a lot of fun and memories with my friends. I hope in the future I can join the competitive school club and win lots of awards. I love volleyball. cho mik một đúng nha bạn
Our family live in the suburb of HCM city, not far from the central city. It is about 30 kilometers to the South. Last week my parents, my brothers and my sisters paid a visit to my grandparents in the country and I therefore stayed at home alone. I used to get up very early in the morning. As usual, after going to the market to buy some necessary things, I came back home to start doing the housework such as cleaning the floor, making the bed, making coffee and preparing lunch. The house now was so clean and tidy that it seemed bigger and larger. I had worked from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I was so tired that I had to stop working for a rest. After 15 minutes of relaxation, I started working again. Right after I had taken the teapot from the cupboard, I suddenly felt something burning downstairs. I got so embarrassed and frightened that I dropped the teapot while I was hurrying downstairs. To my horror and surprise, the kettle on the electric stove was on fire. I was in such a confusing state that I was quite at a loss. Then I came up an idea: I rushed to the switchboard to cut off the electric power. The house suddenly became as dark as pitch. In the pitch-dark kitchen, the kettle turned so dazzling red that it looked just like a hot burning sun on a stifling summer afternoon
My most embarrassing experience happended when I was a grade 4 student. On an afternoon Sunday, while I was learning, my friends induced me to play football. I was a little hesitated because of not completing my homework. But I was too interested in this kind of game to refuse them. We played football passionately. After finishing playing, I passed by my friend’s house to watch action film which I like best. I came back home at 7 pm. My body was very dirty. I had bath and dinner quickly. Then, I continued doing homework. However, as soon as I looked at the book, I felt sleeping. I tried to be alert. Being too tired, I couldn’t concentrate on lesson and I decided to go to bed. I thought that all the homework be solved in the early morning of the next day. But I got up late. In class, I was very worried because of not having done homework and reviewed. Suddenly the teacher called my name…I didn’t remember any information in books and got zero mark…At the time, my face was red and hot. Until now, I haven’t still forgotten the experience. This is a valuable lesson for me.
An ideal family with 2 children.
Previously, Our Ancestor often thought that the more children we had, the more happines we found. However, in reality, a large family will lead to a lot of problems for the family in particular and for the development of society in general. Many social studies have shown an ideal family is a family with two children. This is a perfect model for couples with a modern lifestyle because it can overcome various problems that can occur in a family.
Specifically here is how people take care of their children. Children are extremely active and curious so their parents need to watch them carefully so that they can stay out of serious troubles. In 1 minute, your children may hurt themselves by playing with sharp objects such as knife. Many kids have met tragic accident when they participate in playful activities by water without adult supervision. So parents will take care for children easier and more attentive when they only have two children.
Nurturing is another challenge for parents. However, according to a government report by a government agency, the children raised in families with two children often have better behavior than the kids who have too many brothers and sisters. The children born and raised in a family with few children will get more attention and lessons from from their parents. Instead of wresting love from their parents, these children are also gain more opportunities to be heard and to share.
Another problem will be solved when a family decides to have few children is finance. We can not deny the necessity of money in guarantee a fulfilled life and a brighter future for our children. Money will be used to pay for education and health care fee when children are sick. On the contrary, in a overcrowded home, parents will be faced more financial burden, especially when the kids are born closely with their siblings. The problem can becomes worse if the family fell into difficult circumstances and do not have enough ability to send their children to school, the children will easily involve into crime matters and became sorrow not only for their parents but also for the society.
