In my opinion, there are two major advantages that studying English brings about. First of all, it helps us in our jobs. Knowing how to communicate with the collaborator will maintain agencies’ good relationships and accordingly make them develop. In this case, English is the first and the best mean for people to continue their cooperation. To negotiate with others, companies from different countries whose mother tongue is not English often do not use their native languages. Instead, they use English to talk and discuss since it is an international language, one of the two most common languages in the world. Therefore, anyone who wants to get a good job should have an excellent command of English. People having an occupation already also need English to improve their work. The second advantage is that it assists us to get more knowledge. Indeed, nowadays almost every material such as books, lectures, and videos as well are printed or constructed with the langue presented in English. Consequently, if you want to know more, you had better study English well. You will be able to understand these materials which contain lots of important information, even though they are not translated into your native language. In conclusion, English can make us to have good positions in jobs and have more knowledge from foreign documents.

I think that online learning has so many disadvantages. To begin with, online learning is more difficult to concentrate on the lesson than classroom classroom learning as there are so many distraction from other things like phones or family member. Additionally, there will be no real interaction between the teacher and the students. And the teachers can easily get depressed because they are the only one who is speaking and hardly receive any responses from the students. Moreover, spending too much time looking at the screen during online classes can be harmful to your eyes. This can lead to short-sightedness, and you have to wear glasses. Finally, the cost of money for preparing equipment for online classes are great.

Top 10 Advantages of Mobile Phones

1. They are convenient.

It’s great being able to call a friend when you are out and about – without being tied to a land line.

2. They can be life savers.

Taking a mobile phone with you when you go hiking is a basic safety precaution. If you lose your way or get stuck in bad weather, your mobile phone could just save your life.

Top 10 Disadvantages of Mobile Phones:

1. Dependency

It is easier than you might think to become addicted to your mobile phone, and so dependent on it that you forget to communicate in real life.

. Isolation

It’s ironic, but some people feel that the cellphone (which is designed to keep people connected) can actually drive us further apart. Have you ever seen a group of friends at a restaurant, looking down at their phones instead of each other? That.

6. Security issues

If someone taps in to your data they could steal your identity, pilfer your photos, and erase your contacts list.

I think there are both advantages and disadvantages of online calls. Internet calls are cheap or even free. Many social networks provide free calls for people to communicate. Online calls help us to communicate with people that are really far away from us, for example, our relatives or our Internet friends. Moreover, you can create group calls when you are in need of hosting a conference or a family meeting. However, online calls also have drawbacks. You can’t make online calls unless you have Internet connection. Also, you need a smart device to perform a call. Sometimes, you may get unwanted calls from the person you don’t know.

THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF SMART CITIES

Smart cities are built on new technologies to improve people's lives. The idea of living in one of them sounds very exciting. But is a life controlled by smart technologies good or bad for us?

Let’s start with the advantages. One of the biggest advantages of smart cities is the high level of convenience they offer. With smart technologies in place, people can access information and services quickly and easily. This makes daily life more efficient and saves people a lot of time. Additionally, smart cities are designed to be more sustainable, with green spaces and public transport options to reduce pollution.

What about the disadvantages? One of the main concerns people have about smart cities is the potential loss of privacy. With sensors and cameras constantly monitoring people's movements, there is a risk that sensitive information could be collected and shared. This can lead to a lack of trust and a feeling of being constantly watched. Furthermore, there are concerns about the potential for technology failures and the risks posed by hackers.

In conclusion, there are both advantages and disadvantages of living in a smart city. In my opinion, the benefits of smart technologies outweigh the drawbacks. However, it is important that measures are put in place to protect people's privacy and ensure the safety of their personal information. As long as these concerns are addressed, smart cities have the potential to revolutionize the way we live and work.
