Many people in the world do volunteer work. There are many volunteer works such as visiting old or sick people, teach poor children and so on. In my opinion, there are five main reasons why i do volunteer work. I want to bring happiness to poor and disabled children as well as boys who no have longer fathers and girls who no have mothers. I want to help these children be gone to school and teach them things which they usually learn from their parents. Beside, i also want to take care of old and sick people because i consider them as their relatives and hope to help them pass over loneliness and sickness. In the next summer vacation, if i have time, i'll enjoy some organisation with my friends. Finally, above all things, i think that the happiest people in the world are those who help to bring happiness to others.

My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also like watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.
My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold
