Bánh chưng: Stuffed sky rice cake
Chúng ta thường gọi từ này ”Chung cake”, nhưng hiện nay nó đã có tên tiếng Anh đầy đủ là “stuffed sky rice cake”. Các bạn nhớ chú ý để gọi thật chính xác nhé!
“Stuffed sky rice cake” is one the most traditional special foods for the lunar new year in Viet Nam. It is made of sky rice, pork and green bean, all ingredients are wrapped inside a special leaf which calls Lá Dong. The rice and green bean have to be soaked in water for a day. The pork is usually seasoned with pepper & salt for several hours. Banh Chung is boiled for 6 or 8 hours. Nowadays, families in villages still maintain making stuffed sky rice cake before the lunar New Year but people in the cities do not. They don’t have time to make it and usually go to shops to buy it.”
(Bánh Chưng là một trong những món ăn truyền thống đặc biết nhất trong dịp tết cổ truyền Việt Nam. Bún chả: Kebab rice noodles

Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

The city is great, but it isn't definitely great,there are still a few drawbacks. The first one is air pollution. The cities is very developed, and thereare lots of factories. So there will be a lot of smoke, which is very harmful to our health. Secondly, there will be a lot of people in the city, causing overpopulation. We will feel uncomfortable when we are there. There will be a lot of traffic on the road, causing traffic jam, it will take up our time. And in my opinion, there are a few townspeople that are unfriendly and impolite. These are my opinion about the drawbacks of living in a city. Of course it has disadvantages, I wish you to correct them.

The future is hard to predict, so we can only hope our future to be as our liking. For me, in the future I want to be a .............. . Because this job is a ..............., ................, .............. job. Moreover, I want to .............. . In addition, I want to do many things when I grow up. For example, I want to study abroad, travel to ..........., do .............,etc. Although it is just my desire, although it might be different in the future, I still hope it would be true.

Therefore, if you want to improve your English skill, you follow certain steps when learning English. First, vocabulary, without words, you cannot do anything. To memorizing many words and learning new words everyday is important. However, it is certainly very boring and difficult to spend a long time and try to remember words letter by letter. Learning words through reading artical or fiction is always an efficient way. Second, having a good grammar. You need a good enough grammar to organiza your sentences and express it accurate. You need numbers of practices in writing sentences with varied kinds of grammar. Write and write with simple sentence . Let write daily. Finally, it is also important to learn how to pronounce the english clearly, or the other peoples may hard to understand you when you are speaking. You should speak more english every day and pay attention on how the teacher speaking english. Let listen and sing favorite English songs.It is not easy to learn english well, there are a lot of difficulties on the way of learning. My room is on the second floor. It’s quite a big room and very light, because there are two windows overlooking the garden. My desk is between the windows and my bed is against the wall opposite the desk. There’s an armchair near the desk and behind the armchair there’s a wardrobe. Opposite them, there’s a chest of drawers with bookshelves next to it. I’m very pleased with my room.

Nowadays, English is an international language, and most young people are learning this language with the hope of being able to communicate with people on over the world. English has become a compulsory subject at most schools, and a lot of people go to foreign language teaching centers to improve their skills. Learning English is not just limited in memorizing vocabulary and grammar, but it is also a process of training and improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill. We should focus on these four elements, because each skill will have the necessary content to complement the other three. We improve our speaking skill if we can listen to and understand what people say; and if we can master our vocabulary and grammar, we can write and read easily. Apart from spending the time to prace, we also need to be creative in learning English. Textbooks at schools and English-teaching centers are just basic steps, so we need to be proactive in finding more resources. There are a lot of movies, music and books written in English nowadays, and we can learn a lot from them. In short, learning English is a long process, but it will be easier if we can find the right and effective ways to learn.

Nowadays, English plays an important role in our life. It's widely used all over the world and It's very interesting. There are many effective ways to learn English. For me, I have to learn vocabulary, grammar and I have to practise 4 skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking.Firstly, I learn by heart the new words. I make a list and put it in the meaning in my mother language. Sometimes, I write one or two example sentences with new words in order to remember how to use the words in the right way.Secondly, I often listen to the CD, news, English songs and watch English cartoon on Disney Channel about one hour a day to improve my listening skill. Finally, I prace speaking English with my friends, my English teacher and my brother to develop my speaking skill. I spend much time studying English at school as well as at home. To sum up, I always try my best to learn English, I hope I can read, write, listen and speak better in the future.

Learning vocabulary is a very important part of learning a language. The more words you know, the more you will be able to understand what you hear and read and you see many new words. You cannot possibly learn all these new words, so your first problem is to decide which ones to concentrate on. I focused on three ways to learn vocabulary : wriring the words in a notebook, making association, learning vocabulary by reading.
Writing the words in a small notebook. you should divide the new words into these groups that are arranged by each topic. It is necessary to revise the words that you cannot remember meaning of the words. A small notebook, so you can bring it follow you wherever you go.
Making association in pictures or with other words. Looking at pictures you will able to guess the words immediately and you never forget it. Otherwise, you learn the new words by connecting these words with their synonyms and antonyms, so you can learn many words.
The other way of learning vocabulary is reading. The context of a new word in a sentence or story is often enough for you to guess the meaning. Choose books that you find quite easy to read and read sentences, paragraphs, stories,... time and again help you learn the new word and to use in your own speaking and writing. However, in order to learn new words from reading you have to read a lot.
There are many ways to learn vocabulary. However, these are the most popular three ways: writing the words in a notebook, making association and learning vocabulary by reading. The above ways will help you to improve your own English vocabulary. To achieve sucess you should select the best way for yourself.

English is one of the most languages in the world that everyone want to learn. Because it is help in our life in the future: about job, your economy (the money), study abroad and comunicate with foreigners. I also learn English, but each of learners learns in the different ways. With me, I learn word by making a list and put into it the meanings of new words in my mother tongue. After that, I learn my heart, but I don't learn all words. In the first day, I learn a half of it. The next day , I learn the rest and I don't forget to revise a half of words that I learned yesterday. Besides, I sometimes listen to English music, try to translate and understand it, wacth some foreign movies; I read more books. If I meet the new words I come across, i will highlight it, write the meaning next to that word in order to help me remember vocabulary better. That is my way to learn, improve English easier.
1. Use a large boiled pot
You need enough water in the pot to completely fill the egg. If the water is not flooded enough, the eggs will not ripen. Some recipes add salt to the water.
2. Gently put the egg into a pot of water
